Very unprofessional I went online through peddle to sell my car. Their pick up window was 11am-3pm I called at 2 the lady said they were at a car auction” I’ll send him that way as soon as he’s done” okay so now it’s 4:00 call them and they said we can’t do it today because the drivers are all busy these people weren’t even going to contact me. On top of that had my mother waiting here all day because her name is on the title. Just very unprofessional.

I blew my tire on a Friday evening, and Ryan the tow driver was there in under an hour. Both Ryan and their dispatcher made a really frustrating night way better and made me feel safe in the situation I was in! They will be my go to tow service moving forward and would recommend. 10/10 would high recommend.
Bree was incredible. I just had my car fixed and it started overheating a few miles down the road. Waited 6 months for this car to get fixed but she made me feel better about the situation. I waited for over 24 hours for AAA to never show up. Santa Fe called me, gave me time to get back to the site, and serviced my vehicle in under two hours; half the initially quoted time.

We were stuck in a cold RV for 5+ hours due to our starter going out mid-trip. Unfortunately we were parked in a gas station blocking 2 gas pumps and the owner continually asked us when we were moving. Technician was on time and quick hook up to the Motorhome. Quick disconnect of the driveshaft and we were on our way. Phone # is saved in our phones and will defiantly call again if any issues should arise! He was very respectful of the coach and took extreme care of its low clearance when hooking it up.
Really happy they came to take care of me it was freezing cold today I called other places but knew I should’ve stuck with Santa Fe toe. They were able to get to me within less than 25 minutes prompt quick and make sure I was able to get my car back home I highly recommend them like always and I work for a dealership so I really appreciate them going to extra mile. The gentleman who help me I can’t remember his name but he was really helpful and make sure everything was taken care of on that day.
The driver was prompt. They said 30 min. It could of been less when he got there. He was very nice and polite. The price was about the same as others would have been. Of course Noone wants to pay 100$-150$ to have their vehicle towed. But it happens. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and the driver. Thank you!
Towing technician was on time, professional and as nice as they come!!! He was extremely knowledgeable about getting my large SUV onto the towing bed even tho my car was totally non responsive! He worked with the mechanics at my dealership to carefully get my vehicle off the towing bed!! I’m thankful Santa Fe Towing was able to help me out. The whole experience was great! From the first phone call getting all the information to the driver being on time and professional. I wish I could remember the drivers name, but he was awesome and did a great job. The ladies on the phone were helpful and easy to work with as well. I will definitely use them for all future needs!

Driver was giving attitude because truck was broken down, like that’s what you do you tow broken vehicles?! His attitude got worse when I told him where to drop it off at the dealership service department. Worst tow service I’ve ever had never again.

My husband Robin Henley and I Tracy Henley were traveling down K7 and got a flat in our Harley motorcycle. After waiting almost a hour for another towing service to contact us we called Santa Fe. They were there within 30 minutes and got the bike loaded and secured just before dark. The driver was so cool and brought us home and got our bike unloaded quickly and so professional! They were outstanding to us! I got to call yesterday afternoon that my husband's work truck and trailer had broke down on the highway. As I'm heading to rescue him my truck breaks down as well about a mile and a half from where my husband was. These drivers helped us get both our trucks to the shop so they can get repairs! Very friendly outstanding customer service! You are the only tow service that I use and have lived here for almost 30 years! Keep up the good work! My work truck broke down on Shawnee Mission Parkway during rush hour, with a trailer attached. Dispatch was able to get a flatbed to me within minutes, and my driver, RJ, handled the situation like it was an art form. He was great and I'd work with Santa Fe again just because of him. Overall the company took good care of me and my vehicle, quickly, and at a decent price- I'm very satisfied with my experience this morning.
