be careful when you buy from them. i purchased different parts from big things like transmission to small thing like compressor. and they all have issues. multiple times i had to call them to replace with another one, here i just lost money for labor and time and stress about it.

Ok this is the keystone delivery the docks for delivery delivery are on the backside of the building behind the plant not the side but around the back... When they close there are gate bars blocking entry into the parking lot so you cannot park overnight on the weekends. FYI

The worst place to pay o order from the have new employee the don’t know what the should do when the do Mistake and ask the. Say the are new. The try charge you for the mistake when you order and the say 4 days. The take more in 10 days to receive your items. I Document me sway at kc mo the have all knowledge. And whe the day 3 day mean 3 days.

The paint is disaster, I gave them all the car tags and VIN number and they gave me different color 😡😡😡

This is an okay place to buy part for an automobile of any make and model. It is more expensive if you do not have an account with them. But the guy I talked to on the phone that was selling me in the part was very good and very nice. Did not make me feel dumb for asking questions.

Part deliveries have been at least one day late on the last five orders. Two of those deliveries have been broken parts. It baffles me that some shops still use them. If you use places like this professionally as a vendor, call Midway or Allstar - LKQ is trash.

A little more expensive than some competitors, however, the experience is worth every cent. You get quality parts in good condition. No dents, scratches or waiting an hour. My time and sanity are worth it. Keystone saved the day again when the cheaper guys tried to sell me damaged parts.

Very very bad service about the paint was here like an hour and selection not much either...needed for two cars paint...and couldn't get it...out of order ...I hope they can have a real paint person but not talking to secretary who doesn't know what i'm talking about

Forget about getting a core charge refund. I returned an old engine block 2 months ago. They said the refund would be applied in a couple days. I called back after 2 weeks and they forwarded me to voicemail. No one called back. I called again a month after returning the core and they repeatedly hung up on me. Today, 2 months later I called back and they hung up on me again. I finally drove back down there and complained in person. I don't know why the people at the front desk are employed there. The can't answer any question you have and they can't even forward calls. I'm not even sure if this is a deliberate attempt to not repay money that is owed to me or if they're just really really stupid. Neither would surprise me.
