Curious, but the web site does not mention that it does not do pickups in residential areas.

I dropped off a television with Secure e-Cycle. There was a miscommunication with my drop off, but it was handled more graciously than I would even expect from any good business. Generally speaking, I thought they had a very professional drop off process, along with good signage to find them.
