Ensure all your items are removed from your vehicle before transported to their property, Apple AirPods and assistive handicap equipment were stolen out of my vehicle and per the managers words states they cannot reimburse due to “their photos”. Monitor your valuables because they will commit grand larceny against you.

Bought a vehicle under the impression that it ran, because it only had listed as side damage, when I got it, the engine is locked and it won't turn over, spoke to maganer assistant Michael Binette, he played the system to were they don't loose but I do, giving me plain explanations and trying to make me feel stupid, this company is selling vehicles under lies in their auctions, please be careful when buying. And Michael Binnette need a customer service training, I am not stupid and he even hung up the phone on me! They have a shitty response and stupid arguments.

The advantage of this yard is that it has a paved loading area — a rare feature on Copart. However, the downside is that amateurs work there, and they can’t even park a car properly, despite me pointing it out multiple times.

Copart at large is not buyer friendly. I Bought one car…. Going forward I’ll stick to any other company instead of Copart. The Fee schedule is ASTRONOMICAL! 30% buyers fee at $2500 bid. No thanks

I would rate this company as a ZERO if could along with USAA. I have been waiting WEEKS for a payout on a totaled vehicle. They are very incompetent. Providing incorrect instructions that place a hold on the process and they won't even call to let you know! I'm filing a complaint against this farce of a company with the MO Insurance Commissioner. This should be illegal.

Had an appointment and it didn’t matter. People came after me to pick up their vehicles and even though I was there and checked in, they got their cars loaded first. Not to mention only one guy loading vehicles for hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Car comes out. Have to wait another 40 minutes for frikin keys. Insane

I had to leave a one star because ZERO was not an option! I have never seen this level of incompetence. How do you lose a lien release not once but twice!!!! When it is in the same envelope with the title and in the glove box of the vehicle! And the tow truck driver knew it was in the glove box!!!! The second lien release was sent certified mail and you still couldn’t do your job and scan it in to the system. Because you have lost this twice, you continue to tie up the insurance settlement which, by the way, delayed the purchase of a new vehicle

Very bad place. I had an appointment for 1pm, I arrived at 12:55. I ended up standing and waiting until 2:30 to be loaded. While waiting, I made an appointment to get documents, but the wait was 65 minutes, although there is no line in the office. The employees do not want to work. An hour of waiting passed, they didn't give me the documents for the car, they said that I had to wait some more. as a result, I spent 4 hours in this place, loading 3 cars and taking the documents for each car. The management of this place needs to be fired and the staff changed.

Purchased vehicle online auction. The $400 car cost us $950 after fees and BS. Not pleased. Picking vehicle up was as good as it gets. Great help!

I baught a car a year ago that had a roof domage. which never been listed as a second domage, or been pictured. I called them and tried to give it back, but they said once a vehicle exits the copart field it can never be returned. Misinformation

WORST copart ever! Had to wait hours to get loaded, rude employees too! Current management needs to be fired as they don’t care about there customers at all. Will be contacting corporate over these matters.

They have no idea what they are doing once you schedule your appointment slot it wont matter because you will still wait 1-3 hours. Super rude and disrespectful its been like this for a year and nothing has changed

Was on time to appointment but was told I was late to appointment. Then told my cars were in other lot which they was not. Drove back to original lot after talking to supervisor only to be met by extremely rude lot attendant.i been hauling cars for 8 years and Copart is by far the worst place to buy cars from.i give this review to all coparts

If your vehicle is towed here for claims adjustment, be prepared to replace your license plates. They were too lazy to unbolt my back plate and mangled it when they ripped it off. I never received the front plate.

Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time! I would give 0 stars if possible! Very unprofessional business! Blanca and Crystal at the front are very unprofessional. They said things like"My fingers hurt". "I just want your money". “We will just have you wait”. They were both blaming each other on who sent the car back even though there was a scheduled appointment to have the car ready. I waited at least 40 minutes to a hour. They don't think before they speak. They should NOT be working here. Terrible way to run a business and a great way to ruin people’s day. Blanca has a star tattoo on her left hand. Crystal has a sleeve tattoo on her left forearm. I don't care about the tattoos. Just a way to identify them. They also don't greet people who walk in and just let you stand around. They were laughing in front of me and not mindful at all. So impolite, unprofessional and disrespectful. I wish I could explain the way they treat their customers without sounding like a rude person. They also didn't give clear instructions on where the car would be dropped off and I had to stand there with confusion and ask questions.

Despite all the negative reviews, I had a great experience as a first time buyer at this Copart. All the employees I encountered were helpful and in a good mood, especially the woman who processed my title. The forklift operator was even kind enough to help re-position the car on the trailer for us, when she could have just as easily ignored us and continued loading the other cars. I was in and out of there with my car and title paperwork in under an hour (use the Copart Transportation app to schedule the pickup, and then do the “visitor check in” on your regular Copart app to schedule when you want to enter the office to do paperwork). If you’re on the fence about trying to buy cars from an auction, this location was not intimidating at all and is somewhere I plan on buying from again in the future.

Bought a dirt bike from this joint. Drove 3 and a half hours to pick it up just to be told it was stolen from them and shouldn't have been run over the auction. They claim they will refund my money but they won't stand good for the fuel and half day i wasted coming to get it. That would be the least they could do.

Complete joke of a Copart Location. If you schedule an appointment to pick up a vehicle you purchased get ready to be waiting 2-4 hours for 1 car. Doesn’t matter if the lot is packed or barely any people here it takes forever to get loaded. I’ve bought about 6 different cars from here and everytime the loaders drive up to my truck and ask my name and what car I got. HOW DO THEY NOT KNOW. YOU HAVE TO LOG EVERYTHING INTO THE QUE THEY SHOULD KNOW ALL THAT!!! I see people having to bribe the forklift drivers to get loaded quicker because people can’t afford to sit around all day at the yard while the workers finish jacking around.

Appointments only matter if you’re late. 10:30 appointment and I have a 3 hour wait to even get paperwork. Let alone sitting on Gibbs rd for 3 hours to even get into the lot to load. Need to have fewer appointments on the app.

Currently this location is running very smoothly considering the business! The office staff is always kind, considerate, and professional at what they do. The loader operators are as fast as humanly possible and have always been polite and helpful if you have any questions. Let me say, I have much respect for the loader operators! That is a very mentally and physically demanding job, and overall, the current staff does an excellent job! Keep up the great work y’all!

Pretty much corrupted Copart or the most corrupt one. Arrived at 12:30pm (appointment at 1pm) Got loaded at 4:50pm-6pm and it’s only 2 cars. Pay $20-40 for the forklift guy if u need to safe your time. That’s what I see people do to get loaded faster. The fat Latino guy with a curly hair does that.

The employees here are every letter of the word, incompetent. My insurance provider brought the car here to get inspected for the damages and I understood that, it would take some time. The inspection was finished and my car was scheduled to be delivered to a repair facility on a Wednesday but Copart’s system had an issue with my car and they did not deliver it, and no one at Copart was even aware it was not delivered to the repair facility until I had called them asking why the car wasn’t delivered, 1 whole day was wasted. I was assured it would be delivered the following morning on Thursday to the repair facility. Lo and behold my car was delivered to some RANDOM person’s house that morning instead of the repair facility and I could see the location because my car has a tracker. Copart had NO IDEA they even messed up that big until I called them asking why my car was not at the repair facility. What had happened was they confused my car for a different car and brought it and dropped it at some RANDOM person’s house. How do you NOT verify you are delivering the correct car?? There’s something called a VIN for a reason… Finally the situation got remedied after making multiple phone calls between my insurance provider, Copart, and the repair facility. My car was delivered to the repair facility in the afternoon, effectively wasting a whole nother day my car could’ve been getting repaired, so that’s 2 days wasted. To add insult, Copart forgot my license plate at their facility because apparently they take them off to photograph damages, and after reviewing the damages of my car at the repair facility I had to go all the way to Copart just to grab my license plate. This was my first time dealing with them during a claim and I hope to GOD it is my last time. If I could give a 0 star I would.

Waited over an hour and 45 minutes just to retrieve a few belongings from my vehicle, they even said it was in receiving which one would think would be an easier find than going through the entire yard. Come to find out they lost my vehicle, and worst of all they obviously made up a story to get me out of there as it was after hours and couldn't be inconvenienced to actually help a customer. This place has the worst service I have had the displeasure of experiencing. Extremely dissatisfied. I'd rate it negative stars if possible.
