One of my license plate bulbs was out and the employee of the store helped me finding one and showed me how to put one in it was an easy fix very professional and I will be back to do business with them.

Customer service is pretty poor. Store seems to be ran by a bunch of kids who have no idea what it’s like to provide good customer service. Employees are either rude or act annoyed that you’re even there. I’ll be driving to joplin from here on out. Manager or owners need to look into this location and make some improvements.

Some of the employees were flirting and smacking each other. I could not get an answer about what I was looking for. There was a sign that said masks were required, no employees were wearing them. Will drive to Joplin in the future, though this is where I live.

Very helpful workers and prices are reasonable

The people are very helpful and are spot on with thier service.

They price match and have fair prices. Most the staff know a lot about their job and can usually help point you in the right direction. They will help you try and make sure its the part you need before you buy it. They also have maintenance supply's and several other tools.

I love automotive stuff. If they dont have it in stock they order it.
