After a pretty bad accident that totaled our vehicle, the Butler County Sheriff’s Office recommended Heartland and I’m so grateful they did. The owner was incredibly genuine and compassionate during a very stressful time. Wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend.
My daughter was driving east of El Dorado on a Sunday and a deer popped out of the ditch and hit her car. The damage rendered the car undrivable. We contacted Heartland Towing and Chris responded right away. He was able to make a quick trip out and pick up the car and return it to his lot until we were able to make arrangements to have the car fixed. 100% would recommend for their professionalism and great work.
This towing company has excellent customer service and really helped us out in a bind. They have a $50 jump start service, and were able to quickly come out and jump our truck when it died at night while viewing the northern lights (in the middle of nowhere). The gentleman who answered my call was super helpful and had a good sense of humor. I would absolutely recommend their services.
Recommended to all who ask. Very happy with the services . Used them many times to tow different vehicles for me and my friends. They deliver where you ask and at a good price . People are curtious and respectful . Kinda like an older brother you'd call to help ya out

Andrew is really good at what he does. My insurance was sending someone from McPherson. Andrew had my car picked up and back at his shop before the people from McPherson even got the phone call. Thanks Andrew. Deers are about unpredictable!
If you’re reading this review, USE THIS TOWING SERVICE!! Chances are you’re in the same situation we were in a few weeks ago. Stranded alongside the highway miles from home or anything familiar to us. We called our insurance company and they put us in touch with Heartland Towing (thank goodness). Andrew, as many other reviews mentioned, was great! I can’t say enough about how kind he was, especially given that our call came in well after 5pm on a Friday evening, not to mention we were 30 minutes away from home base for him. Many thanks for putting us at ease and taking good care of us and our vehicle.
Heartland was our saving grace recently when my husband and kids got stuck in the mud out in the country on a very rainy day! Can’t remember the name of the man who helped us (so sorry), but he seriously saved us and helped get my family back home to me on a super cold and awful night. Excellent service. Above and beyond! Would recommend over and over again!
Last night after midnight my car wouldn't start. I called State Farm Roadside Assistance and they gave me an indefinite time of arrival. I called Heartland and Andrew showed up quickly. I highly recommend Heartland to anyone and especially to older women who maybe sitting alone at night needing roadside assistance. Andrew has great customer service and very helpful. Please express my appreciation with him.
I broke down on my way home in the middle of no where Kansas and they came and got me right away. Very professional and understanding of my situation. They helped me find a reliable truck shop.
