I had a simple tow Arrow Wrecker came through did a good job and didnt have any hidden fees. One price for in the city towing. Lot cheaper than the other estimates I got. Will use them again.
This was the fastest tow I've ever had. Shawn was straightforward and very professional. Setting up the tow was easy and their staff has excellent customer service and a great in town rate I definitely will be using their services whenever I need them again.
This was hands down the simplest, most straight-forward towing experience I’ve had. Brandon was professional, on time, pleasant to chat with, and really made our experience easy. This came as a shock because previous towing experiences I’ve had left a less pleasant taste and I was dreading it this time. Not only that, but it was much more affordable than I’d expected.
We will definitely be using Arrow whenever we need towing services again.

We were stranded on the turnpike with a flat and no spare tire. We called Arrow Wrecker and the were extremely helpful and kind. We couldn't give an exact location d/t being in the middle of a long stretch but Amber found us! She was absolutely wonderful! She made sure we were cool enough and she hooked us up in no time. She drove us to our destination and was.very professional and we had wonderful conversation. She made sure our stressful situation was a little more relaxed talking with her. I don't have the words to describe how wonderful Amber was. She deserves a raise or a promotion or a some type of acknowledgement because this review is absolutely due to her customer service. When we got to our destination I didn't know what to do as I have never had to be towed before and she talked me through what I should and shouldn't do at the tire place. I hope Amber sees this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Had to move my truck from a very tight spot, John showed up and got his big truck back there and towed it out of city with ease. Reliable professional and friendly. Affordable prices!
Always available in a timely manner to meet all our towing needs, weather it be a small car to a 2 ton chassis box truck. Driver is also very respectful of towed vehicles.

Brandon was friendly and prompt! I can't thank this company enough. My Jeep has a bad fuel pump and I was worried about cost of towing. They towed her for 75$. About a 2.5 mile trip. I highly recommend them for any service you may need. Thanks again, Brandon.
Harold was amazing! The tie rod on the front end of our truck broke, so the truck was being held up by a jack. Harold came out assessed the situation, put blocks under the truck to hold it up for transportation, then jacked the truck back up after getting it to our house. Even while it was pouring rain! He was also very quick and thorough. I've used other towing services in the past and thought this was going to take a long time but not with Harold he had the whole job done within an hour!
We will definitely go back to Arrow Wrecker!
Michael literally picked us up on the side of the highway and drove us nearly 200 miles. He was such a professional, and great with my kids! He made a horrible situation seem like a not so bad end to a long road trip.

Very helpful. Showed up 15 minutes earlier than anticipated, and drove us all the way from Derby to north Wichita for under $100. Driver was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable on the long ride.

My car wouldn't start wouldn't even go into neutral. I called Arrow to get a tow to the mechanic shop. They were there well within an hour with a full bed truck. The driver knew exactly what he was doing. Tow made, delivery complete no problem. I even got a text message to let me know my car had been delivered successfully. Excellent service reasonable rates. Thank you Arrow!! Would recommend you to anyone!!

Colby was very friendly and considerate to my concerns about my car, he was very conversational and really put my mind at ease about my car having to be towed, he made sure to confirm with me where my car was going and he took the time to care for my car as if it was his own while loading my car on the truck.
