Car was towed from eagle to Clarion and was suppose to be 250 plus 50$ a day storage but they waived it and took 75$ off. Very professional and nice people.
Steve did an amazing job pulling our vehicle out of a snow covered ditch on the I35. Hennigar's Towing and Recovery was prompt and professional an I highly recommend them.
No doubt that the service I received from Hennigar’s Towing & Recovery was the best. My truck gave up on me in Ames and I had contact my insurance company which i found out insurance issues that made me look into different options for towing service. I then contacted my Uconnect service I have through my truck. I had to pay upfront. I waited and waited and waited for no one to come. I then cancel and requested a refund. Well I had to wait 3 business days to receive my refund. A total of close to 8.5 hrs awaiting to be home with my family at home. Those hours were the longest hrs of being cold and hungry away from family. In the middle of nowhere.
So grateful for all your service.
I was over by woolstock finally found this towing place while calling around. He was very professional and came as quick as he could. He was also very caring to match we were safe and not by road while he got our vehicle hooked up. We were still waiting on our ride but was afraid we’d miss the ride trying to meet halfway on road.. since it was busy but knew we were trying to wait but we didn’t want make him wait and to help keep us safe offered to to drive up to rest stop. Worked great with us and since we still wanted to wait for ride and didn’t want to go back further in time he let us pay him and still took the vehicle back to our house we’re we asked him. He even made sure to message me back and let us know he got the vehicle there safely. Definitely would recommend and go back if ever needing a towing!
