They quickly got my vehicle in to repair a flat tire without an appointment. Super helpful and prompt repair! Less than 30 minutes and I was on with my day!
Pleased that they now have a M'side location. Brandon is on top of it. Communicates, professional, and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised how quick he made this happen. Emailed him on Tuesday afternoon, he ordered the set of tires we were after (BF / KO3s), brought it to him at 7:00 this morning and was done by 10:00. Excellent work fellas! Best experience yet. Normally I go to the other location on the tristate but this one for sure topped it. The other location loves to move everything in my car when they oil change it. Seat,mirrors,steering wheel. Not the end of the world but after leaving this new location with my car feeling the way I left it It’ll be my new spot. (Don’t forget a smoke bench outside this location!!!)
I was out picking up a dress for my dad’s wake when my tire light came on. I was very disheveled and out of sorts. I thought the tire may need air. They came out and noticed a nail in the tire. I was in a hurry and they quick pulled my car in repaired the hole in 15 minutes and didn’t charge me. The two guys working that day couldn’t have been nicer to me.
Prices were very reasonable, he kept in contact with me about what he needed to do to my vehicle and when about he thought he would be done with it. Very friendly. Will be going back.
I love the friendly and honest service I get at Best Auto! He never tries to tell me I need things that aren't necessary. I trust him 100% when he tells me I do need something done, because of all the times he has told me that everything looks good!
I've been going to Don's Best Auto for 10 years since I moved here. He's always done a great job of diagnosing the problem, fixing it in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. He is the first call you should make.
