After a jump start this morning, my car sadly failed. Not the battery's fault by any means. I called Stockton back and let them know I was stalled on the street 5 blocks from my house. I didn't catch his name, but he made a quick turn around and came to tow my car back to my house! He was so professional and all around kind. I would recommend this company hands down and they are part of AAA!
Herman was outstanding! I was unaware that one of my motor mounts was coming apart. I went over a small dip and that was it I was worried at first but Herman took the utmost right care getting my vehicle back to my home. He also took the time to help remove two of the broken bolts in the mount. Told me if I needed any help to call him. I was back on the road in an hour!
Chris was amazing in calming me down and getting me takin care of!! Highly recommend!! There are no words in such a scary situation but he helped me and made me feel better. Was quick to get there and quick to get me off the highway.
Our truck wouldn't start and called Stockton to get it towed to the repair shop. The driver was actually able to get it started and diagnose the problem so we could make an appointment and take there ourselves. Every time we've need some type of roadside assistance Stockton drivers have been helpful, courteous and friendly. You can't beat them!
Absolutely fantastic experience. I was left with a dead vehicle in Sioux City. I have AAA who I contacted and Stockton gave me a call immediately. Justin picked up my vehicle and from start to finish, I could not recommend them more. I was very stressed and they helped put my mind at ease. I was traveling for work Monday 5/12/25 and was rear ended bad on hwy 75 north. Stockton was there in no time to clean up the 4 car mess. I had no where to go and was 10mins from my hotel. The driver in the wrecker took my rental car (totaled) and dropped me off at my hotel in LeMars. Thank you!!

Called Stockton Towing because I had a flat tire in the scheels parking lot in Sioux City. Within 5-10 minutes tow truck was there to help me.
