Had them come and jump start my car twice so far. Hood release doesn't work but he was able to get the hood open. Very nice customer service. A little pricey with my small budget but overall worth it
My girlfriend left our dinner at winnevegas in an ambulance to onawa emergency room..fast forward 3 hours and after she's discharged we run out of gas a mile shy of sgt. bluff. Toby was there within 30 minutes w/cpl gallons of gas..then went out of his way to follow us to sbl to make sure we made it, I go in and pay for gas n Toby comes in and says whatever it is, as he reaches in his pocket-"add another 5 to it" He went from being a tow driver to one of the nicest, most caring people I've ever met. Call these guys if you need help! I recently had an unexpected run in with Stockton Towing. Everybody from the receptionist to the manager including the towing guys were amazing. The manager is very very understanding to everybody's individual situation. If I ever need any assistance with the vehicle Towing I will definitely be calling these guys. Five stars across the board period customer service was fantastic and so was the speed of service.

My battery in my car was dead after work because I didn't shut my rear door all the way after getting into it a few hours before I got off work a bit before midnight. I have roadside assistance and never used it before. The tech came very quickly and jump started my car. He was very friendly and professional. I would totally refer this company to others! I want to extend a big thank-you to Stockton Towing for their outstanding assistance last night. My son’s truck slid down the ramp, causing his boat to jackknife in the river. It was dark, cold, and a difficult situation, but the tow drivers never complained for a second. They were professional, patient, supportive, and worked hard to get everything safely out of the water.

I'd hit a deer late at night and needed to be towed. I was 20 miles from my destination. Very safety conscious. He had me sit in his vehicle so I could get warmed up while he secured my vehicle. It was quite chilly that night and I'd sat quite awhile in my vehicle with no heat from the time if impact until he arrived. He took me to my motel & when the night clerk didn't come to the door when I repeatedly rang the buzzer, he banged on the door with his fist loud enough it got their attention so they showed up & let me in to get checked in. As I walked to the room, he followed in the truck and when the door key wouldn't work, he had me sit in the warm truck and he went back to the lobby and got a key that worked. Once I got a motel room that wasn't already occupied, I got the door unlocked and propped open. He climbed onto the trailer and handed me the things I needed from inside my wrecked vehicle. Once we had the items on the ground, I grabbed a couple items and headed to the room. When I turned around, he was coming behind me with another load. We went back to get the last few things, 1 of which was a dog sized wire kennel that contained my cat & its litterbox, he didn't hesitate. He grabbed the kennel and I grabbed the remaining bags. He carried the kennel all the way from his truck to the room. Talk about great customer service! He helped provide a positive ending to an otherwise horrible evening. I wish I'd have gotten his name so I could send him a proper thank you and to let his employer what a GREAT job he did, over and above.
Stockton towing came out to tow my vehicle after a lady under the influence hit it when it was parked and her car had heavily damaged the front part of my vehicle making it undrivable. Cayden came out in a very cold, wet and rainy day but had a wonderful attitude and was so helpful even though he had to do his work on the ground against the cold, wet cement when rigging my car up for the tow and did his best in ensuring mph car was properly taken care of. I was also grateful for his patience with my father and I as well with all of our questions and concerns. Thank you for bringing my favorite car I ever owed to the auto body repair shop safe and sound.

After a jump start this morning, my car sadly failed. Not the battery's fault by any means. I called Stockton back and let them know I was stalled on the street 5 blocks from my house. I didn't catch his name, but he made a quick turn around and came to tow my car back to my house! He was so professional and all around kind. I would recommend this company hands down and they are part of AAA!
Herman was outstanding! I was unaware that one of my motor mounts was coming apart. I went over a small dip and that was it I was worried at first but Herman took the utmost right care getting my vehicle back to my home. He also took the time to help remove two of the broken bolts in the mount. Told me if I needed any help to call him. I was back on the road in an hour!
If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! Tow driver called a coworker to illegally try to remove my vehicle from a parking spot because he wanted to park there, then tried to lie and give 3 different stories as to why! EMPLOYEES ARE BULLIES!!!!!!!
Two of the nicest guys my wife and I have ever met. We broke down on I-29 a few days ago. Both passenger side wheels of our fifth wheel RV detached and we were stranded on the roadside until Stockton showed up. With 2 wheels missing was a challenge but these guys worked miracles. It took a long time but they never stopped working because they had the fortitude to get my wife and me to a safe place. We were ever so grateful.
Chris was amazing in calming me down and getting me takin care of!! Highly recommend!! There are no words in such a scary situation but he helped me and made me feel better. Was quick to get there and quick to get me off the highway.
Our truck wouldn't start and called Stockton to get it towed to the repair shop. The driver was actually able to get it started and diagnose the problem so we could make an appointment and take there ourselves. Every time we've need some type of roadside assistance Stockton drivers have been helpful, courteous and friendly. You can't beat them!

First and foremost Stockton Towing is the best in Siouxland metro area. Called Stockton Towing for a tow due to shattered windshield. Toby, called me right after I got off the phone with dispatch. I told him the situation. Toby was there within minutes was very careful loading my car. He delivered it to my house. All in all great service. Highly recommended. I was traveling for work Monday 5/12/25 and was rear ended bad on hwy 75 north. Stockton was there in no time to clean up the 4 car mess. I had no where to go and was 10mins from my hotel. The driver in the wrecker took my rental car (totaled) and dropped me off at my hotel in LeMars. Thank you!!

Never needed to be towed before and never want to be towed again, but these guys provided the best service I could've asked for. They showed up while I was stuck on the highway 45 minutes away and brought me back to SiouxCity to drop me off at a tire center. The were professional, fast, and efficient in their work.
