One of thw worst service person i saw till now. When i ask about charge he said 3$ for mile and hooking charges he charged withiut mentioning and totally he charged around 215$ for 17miles i would never suggest this person
Dave towing came right away and towed our vehicle with no hassles or issues. The driver was very courteous and was an overall very nice guy. We would use them again 100%.
Wanted to charge $135 to tow a car 3 blocks in Le Mars. Does not cost $135 to drive to Le Mars tow a car 3 blocks and drive back to sioux city. Got Stockton for way less below 100.
I was parked illegally, the owner of Dave’s towed my car, rightfully so. He was very pleasant and responsive when calling to get my car out of impound. He took nice care of my car while in his possession. He allowed for me to pick my car up when he said he typically does not work the weekends. He was very accommodating. 5/5 would get towed again but hoping it does not happen!
Tows vehicles off of properties that have permission to be there then won’t let you get your vehicle back or your personal belongings out of the vehicle. And if they do let you get it out they charge you 300+ so don’t waste your time with this company when Dave owned it it was a great company now it’s not good at all they are crooks

Our experience was similar to these poor reviews. Unethical and unprofessional. If you're in need of towing service in the Siouxland tristate area, use another company. You'll be glad you did.
I tried calling AAA before Dave’s. BIG mistake! AAA was over an hour late surprise surprise. My boyfriend who is a mechanic recommended that I called. My boyfriend has worked with them before and he’s even called them when he needed a tow. Once I called Dave’s a driver was out there after 40 minutes. I had great communication with the driver! He texted and sent me a photo when he was close. We took my car to Sioux Body Shop. The driver was able to charge my credit card ($85) with a discount! He was so nice and friendly too! I told him that we tried calling AAA before Dave’s and he said that I can talk to AAA about getting reimbursed! Who knows how much and when I’ll see that money but It was so kind of him to tell me! I was reading the 1 star reviews and I honestly think they are wrong. Then again 99% of the reviews I read were 5. And for a good reason! Dave’s deserves it! I’m glad to be one of the customers giving them 5 stars!

There was a big toe discrepancy between the landlord and these guys got us out of what was looking to be 1500 in tows!! id give them a ten I’m so relieved!! I’m naming my next son Dave now but seriously gatta thank these guys!
Very happy. Called Dave’s Towing to come and take the car. In less 1/2 hour they were here. Did the paperwork was easy. They towed it to Sioux City Ford. About 15 miles from home. I’ve used Dave’s Towing before and they have great reliable service.
Dave's towing did great considering my car was on old hwy 75, in the very muddy ditch during one of the busiest times of the day! Dave's towing was my saving grace, I was alone and had no idea who was gonna help me and then I made a call and Dave's towing helped me, he had to do alot to my vehicle just to get it on the truck. He was very nice and made me feel a lot better about my situation. Thank you
Called for tow at 5 am in the middle of a blizzard. I had buried my vehicle in deep snow and needed to get to work(medical field)! They went above and beyond to help. He made sure after he got me unstuck that I could drive the short distance to work. Couldn't ask for better! Will highly recommend their services!
My car wouldn’t start during the crazy winter weather we got and I needed to get it to a shop as it was more than just a battery issue. I called Dave’s Towing and I was immediately treated with kindness and respect during my panic of not having a working vehicle to get to work so early in the morning. Despite being so busy helping others in the community during the blizzard, he got to me as quickly as he could and I was treated with the same respect and kindness in person. The cost of service was very affordable. I will definitely be calling again for any needs in the future.
They are a great company to do business with!!!! I'm from over a hour away and had a repo on GPS I needed picked up. They accepted the order very quickly and got my unit secured!!! Will definitely keep them in mind for future work!

They were recommended by 2 businesses. I had used them to tow my subi to Jensen, whom I adore. And now they're towing it to Certified. Both places recommend them. I find that dealing with someone on the phone can make or break the situation. And they were very kind. I didn't feel rushed or treated cold and unfriendly like another long time family owned company. They have been quick and just so easy to work with.

This guy at the phone was rude and absolutely lost in his responses. Changed arrival time 3 times so the driver was late for 6h Charged high price from the start once my vehicle was delivered he tried to charge $200 more for vehicle because my car is brand new. Next day I found couple of dents but I did not tried to communicate with them cause no sense.
DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR FAST AND QUALITY SERVICE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

While the tow truck arrived later than originally anticipated, communication was exceptional with regular updates via text message. I was not stranded on a roadside, so it was not an urgent situation. Good service!
My son's truck was broke down west of Fort Dodge, these guys were the only Tow company in town that was willing to go out Christmas Eve, and the road conditions were sketchy at best, to recover this vehicle off the highway. Well worth the money spent and will definitely use them again. Thanks for the help.
Worst experience I've ever had. Was supposed to leave behind house since I live on busy street. Called and guy said he already left it and was several houses from mine. No apologies or offer to move it just we were busy. Called my roadside and spoke with them and they not happy at all and said in future they won't use for me.

I'm convinced he can back up in a key hole. I live on a hill where cars have a hard time driving in my driveway. He had no problem. He is punctual, kind and knowledgeable about his business. After our vehicle broke down in Sioux City, we called a towing service, and were directed to an answering service. Dave's Towing was also listed, and we weren't familiar with this business, but they answered immediately and came within 15 minutes of our call. Nick was quick, courteous and great to work with.
