Tanner went above and beyond. He was professional with the right amount of kindness . He helped even when it wasn't apart of the job. These are the people that should be in service of customers.
Do not call this tow company. I called them about towing my car and they said that it would be 130 dollars and towed my car to my home, they charged me 334 dollars. They are liars and scammers. Don’t fall for this company, they don’t even have a location and is likely a false towing company that’ll charge you more than you should be paying.
Had a car stolen from my business. It ended up getting recovered and impounded by these guys. They went out of the way to be flexible with handling the whole deal and helped me get it loaded when I came down to retrieve the car!
So helpful and kind. It’s a scary situation to be stranded at night and they are very understanding of that. The man on the phone was to the point but very nice about it, not rude at all. And of course the man that came to tow us was so nice too and did a great job!
I would recommend Beems towing to anyone. I just had Tanner transport my classic car for me, and was so impressed with his care and professionalism. They rank at the top with me, After using them, I will never use another company ..great job Tanner!!!!
I used them to tow my dead car to the dealership for service. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and professional. They were very responsive. Definitely will use them if I need assistance again.
I had to get towed today on I-35 and after the awesome experience I had with my driver Tanner, I would highly recommend Beems. I was so thankful for their quick, friendly, and comfortable service. Tanner treated me with respect and we had a few good laughs during the ride to the repair shop. Five stars all day!
We would of given them (0) zero stars but it would not let me. My boyfriend was in an accident and wanted the car towed about 2 miles to his place and was told they had to take it to there yard. We called about the price to get the truck out of the lot and we were told it was about $500 and had to get a release from the deputies because he truck was impounded. We called the deputies, they told us it wasn't impounded. They lied about everything - the website said they do the clean up & we had to pick up his tools & everything out of the back of the truck.
Very accommodating services ! They gave me the benefit of the doubt on giving my word I could get them paid by the end of the day after my vehicle was totaled during a snow storm and they towed it to my place rather than the impound to rack up more fees. 5 stars ++! Thank you!

I needed a tow off the interstate. Speedy service, they had my vehicle to me within an hour of calling them. excellent customer service, Tanner and Joe were so helpful and kind. They brightened my day in spite of the circumstances. And affordable! If you need a tow service, this one is highly recommended by an out of state person passing thru.
So disappointed; these tow pirates charged our customer an additional $10,000 on top of their $2,000 towing, winching, and clean up fee. If you are a business steer clear of them because they are in the business to rip you off!! And proud of it.
Gentleman over the phone was super nice and easy to talk to. Arrived right when they said they would. 10/10 would recommend for any towing service as they were super punctual and efficient.
I broke down between Indianola and Osceola and had to be towed to Osceola. Zach was very professional, knowledgeable and awesome customer service. I have Beems Towing info in my phone now. Amazing service, they are 24*7 available, I had my Tyre flat at 2am on a highway where there was nothing and just darkness, it was in the middle of nowhere in Iowa, and with the help of local police, I received their reference and they reached the spot in almost 20 mins to help me out. ( Roadside assistance of Progressive had no associated assistance nearby and they said it could take them more than 2 hours to figure out something).
I had super help from Beem's towing, they were able to reach the spot and they replaced my flat tyre with a spare one.
Highly Recommend! While driving at night on I-35, a deer hit my vehicle and exploded my tire. I was stranded with my dog. After calling State Farm and Tesla, both were going to be 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was unsure about using a local service for my TESLA, but Zach and Tanner were amazing! They arrived exactly when they said they would. They even quickly read the manual to be sure it was done right. Very Impressed! PS... Needless to say, I cancelled both State Farm towing and TESLA and was home before any of the other services could have gotten to me. Then State Farm reimbursed me. Perfect. Thanks guys!!!

These guys are amazing. I was stranded in a snow storm on I-35 with a flat tire. Tanner, their amazing tech, arrived within 15 min, which is incredible during a blizzard.
