My vehicle stopped running on I-80 East. I was concerned about my vehicle not being completely off the Interstate. wanted off the Interstate so I called Diversified Towing and Recovery. They retreived it immediately and stored my truck securely in their yard in Desoto, Iowa. Their charges were very reasonable. I rented a U Haul car trailer, and the two employees in Desoto, went far out of their way to make sure my vehicle was loaded properly and safe to return to my home. Thank you, Diversified.
The Red Bandit made it home safely, thanks to Diversified towing and the staff. The voice on the other end was friendly and helpful throughout the pickup and transport process. It felt like I was talking to a childhood friend, which was welcoming. Give them a call and support your Local Small Businesses it will be appreciated greatly. This is the best place to get a tow. I was involved in an accident and TJ came out in the middle of the night and towed my semi back to there shop. Then TJ and Jesse worked with my insurance company and repair my Semi and it is now better than new. The towing and repair are top notch. Thank you both for getting me back on the road.
Shay was great to work with! She made the process very stress-free, even without having an exact address to pick up! When I had questions later in the evening, she answered immediately and provided the support I needed. I would definitely use this service again!
My son had vehicle problems outside of Corning. He wasn’t having any luck finding anyone to help, so I googled and found Diversified towing they got to him fairly quick and was very friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you guys 😊

Paul our tow truck driver was amazing! My car recently got a flat tire and being a newer car did not come with a spare. It was pouring down rain and my Roadside Assistance dispatched Paul to us in a timely manner. He was kind, courteous and very professional. He got my car hooked up to his flatbed and towed to the tire shop without any issues. I highly recommend Diversified Towing if you're in South Central Iowa!

We were traveling home to Indiana with our 5th wheel RV when we blew a trailer tire. Diversified responded quick and their employee was knowledgeable and friendly. Their price was also very reasonable. We were very satisfied with diversified and would recommend them.
Paul was an absolute life saver. Showed up fast, only took a few minutes to get loaded with my vehicle and drove me an hour and half to Omaha. Top tier service and top tier gentleman 🤝 will absolutely request his help anytime I need it!
This company is who AAA sent me. They took just over an hour to get to me which I was happy with. Paul Hill was the driver they sent. He was cautious about what he was doing and was curious not to damage my vehicle any more then it was. If I have problems again I’ll give them a call.
Jesse went above and beyond for me! He even made sure that I had water and More than enough food when he found out I had taken on an extra run and was stranded waiting to figure out how my company was going to get me home, hours away. He isn't just a great business owner, Jesse is a caring and forward thinking individual that stayed with me when all the ground workers and funeral director left. I am honestly hoping to get a blow out in Creston, IA to shake that highly respectable man's hand.
Dario arrived fast. Super kind and helpful. I used AAA but i think I'd call them directly next time. Breaking down and being on the side of the road is scary, having a capable person show up was awesome!
This towing company is honest, kind, and customer service oriented. Traveling through from out of state my son hit a deer on I-80 headed east near Anita, Iowa and it totaled the car. At 10:30 at night we were looking for a tow company to be able to get the car off the side of the road. I was able to contact Diversified Towing and I worked with the owner. He was able to take care of us. I have been in the automotive industry for 29 years. I have used many tow companies over the years. I’m able to recognize a good company who is honest and this is one of those companies. The rate they charged me for the tow was fair, no price gouging, especially considering I am from out of state. He did not charge me any additional fees for the day I had to leave the car in his yard. I would recommend this tow company to anyone, especially when you’re from out of state, you can trust them. They treat you like family. Thanks everyone at Diversified Towing for helping me.
Absolutely the nicest tow truck driver you'll ever meet, and so was the guy that dispatched him. I ditched my car late a few nights ago and this awesome towing company was who life360's road side assistance had contacted. Highly recommend them. They just might me my go to roadside assistance peeps. The tow truck driver even had to wake up and get dressed, I'd have been grumpy, he was nice and funny, and ladies, if you're ever alone at night and need a tow, he passed the vibe check, you're completely safe with them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks again diversified towing and driver Paul Hill, for your amazing service.
I drive a big Ol' Ford transit van from TX to MN every other weekend for a dog rescue, and broke down right before Osceola Iowa. Paul Hill with Diversified Towing was there a lot faster than expected, very understanding of my situation, careful with the van full of dogs, very polite and professional. Paul explained about the area I was in, and reassured me that I was safe in this little town. He even gave me a card for future contact if I need them. Highly recommend this company! Jesse and his crew/family went out of there way to get the parts (have new and many used on hand) and move things around to get me back on the road right away. Friendly and knowledgeable the whole way through. The facility was clean and had all the tools and toys to tackle even the wildest of projects. If you are into custom trucks and mods it’s honestly worth just swing through to see what cool stuff they are working on. Billing done securely in the palm of your hand, even remotely if needed. It was nice to see a successful family business still going strong! Appreciate you guys!

It was a normal drive until an odd clanking noise turned into a change of plans. Thankfully Diversified Towing pulled through! They made sure I was safe and that my beloved van was going to the best place for service. They ended up going above and beyond with taking me wherever I needed to go. Since I was on a road trip they took me to a hotel of my choice and they were able to get me back on the road first thing in the morning. Shoutout to Brandon for the excellent customer service, tow truck driving, and ultimately being a wonderful person to share a ride with for 45 min! Jesse is incredibly attentive to how he serves his customers and runs his shop. I felt the love. Y’all are awesome! You’d be lucky to breakdown in their vicinity.
I have got to give Diversified Towing and recovery 10+ stars on the job they did recovering my tractor trailer from a Amish farm delivery. The driveway gave away. My trailer slid down into the grader ditch laying on its side and twisting my semi tractor. Jesse Giza and his crew did an outstanding recovery with extremely minimal damage. I recommend him 100%.
Cannot speak highly enough of Diversified! Our travel trailer blew out a wheel bearing on I-35 at Eagleville, MO. I called Diversified and Jesse assured me they could help, but offered me a few other options that might be closer by or faster. Between other tow shops, RV dealers and mobile RV service providers I ended up calling 9 companies and Diversified was the only one that was able to help. They got our travel trailer back to their shop over an hour away and got us fixed up and on the road! Absolutely every person I dealt with at Diversified was fantastic. I absolutely recommend Diversified Towing & Recovery.
