I had a car there for a transmission, and when we got it back, they said they had replaced it. The next day the car had the same issue it had before it went there. So we took it back and got it back after they said it just needed cleared and was fine. Once again , the same issue is the same. Took it back, they cleared the codes and said it was fine, and they had driven it with no issues. Same day, we got it back; it had the same issue. This time, we had then trailer it as every time we took it there, it was a hr plus drive. This time, they said it needed programmed as it was a new transmission. Two days went by, and we called to find out it needed a new transmission again. It has been a week since then, and they just now say they have a transmission. I told them from the beginning that I believed it needed a shift pack replaced or transmission, and it wasn't until now that they agreed and are replacing again.
Great place, they try to help you as quick as they can, find a part you need, pull you out or give ya tow if needed, and perform a vehicle service in a timely fashion.
