Best location in the entire state!!! I was working my dump truck in this town last summer. Anytime I needed anything they’ve been over backwards to help me out. Would’ve definitely not gotten that service in Des Moines
Went in to get a new wiper blade with my extremely active young son. The man working was extremely helpful in helping me get what I needed while being very patient with me while chasing my wild child. Excellent service and a clean store.

I went in tonight to get a fitting I needed for my truck. This was my first time in this store. 11-23-21. The guy working was extremely helpful and I will definitely be going back more often because of him.
Ordered my parts online. It said they had what I needed in stock. Called a few hours later to be told one part wasn't in stock and I could have it tomorrow when it got in. I asked why did the website say you had it. "John" laughed at me and said he didn't know. That's the website. So I asked to cancel my order and said it would be. The following day my order had not been canceled. So I called back. I was told that they couldn't cancel it since it was an online order. Messaged customer service. They said that since I had it to be picked up at the store, they had to deal with it. Called back three different times. To which my calls where never answered. Johns laugh it off attitude was so offensive! It doesn't matter, but my business will be taken elsewhere.
Great folks. We were traveling on I-80 and blew a hose. They were able to get it overnighted and opened a little early just so I could get my part right away and get it installed.
James, John, and their young apprentice went above and beyond to assist my son and I with two broken hub assemblies, including 16 broken lug studs. These guys were/are passionate about meeting all of our automotive needs! Highly recommended!
Driving from California to Pennsylvania and my truck lost a break line. Seems like a family run place they were extremely conscientious and helpful. Really great service. Also can't help but notice I'm not the only one who got great help while driving across the country.
Amazing people. Driving from California to New Jersey when my car happened to break down off I-80 and found this NAPA to be the closest shop to me. They had everything I needed and were very kind and helpful.
I've been a certified female mechanic for 40 years and have never been completely ignored in my field as bad as they treated me. The cashier was chatting with the only other customer there and it was just like I was invisible. Even walking right up to them to ask for help was totally ignored. Places like this have been making my chosen career a living hell forever. I'm thinking about quitting it, it's exhausting to deal with this kind of prejudice for all those years. I ended up ordering my parts online, sight unseen, a huge risk, to get the job done. Shame on them.
