Very nice and helpful folks! We broke down on our way home to Kansas coming from Des Moines on I-80, we had our car towed into their shop in Minden and they diagnosed the problem right away for us. Thanks guys!
We had a wheel bearing break while on vacation and our car was towed to Tim’s. I am so impressed with the quality of service and the fair pricing. I wish we lived closer so we could come here for all service visits!
The only repair shop I use! Very good service at very reasonable prices. I suggest making an appointment, because they are always busy! I'm content to wait cause I don't want to go anywhere else!
I blew a tire on the interstate and was recommended by the sheriff to come to Tim’s. He said they have a great reputation for doing good, honest work and I completely agree. I wouldn’t have made it home without their help replacing my tire. Awesome customer service!
Our car battery completely died on a road trip to Colorado and we were stranded at a local convenience store. Tim’s Service sent a mechanic to our location, who got the car started, then followed us to see that we got safely the shop given it had died twice. Within an hour, the problem was identified, new battery installed and we were back on the road.
Customer service was outstanding, especially given our situation. We can’t thank them enough!
Hes done an engine swap, tire work, towed my car, and just recently I walked in thinking I just needed a tire plug. My entire tire was shot. Squeezed me in, got me back on the road in about 30 minutes. Not sure why I went somewhere else, but never again. Tim's shop is the only place you'll need.
I was omw to Lincoln, and my truck broke down close to Omaha, I was able to get it towed here, and Tim had it ready for me the next day. I had to get a new front differential, very expensive, but Tim worked with me, and stayed late until I could pick it up... Got me back to MN with no problems, thanks Tim.
No matter how busy this shop is, and they are busy, Tim and staff take the time to help drop-in customers. Twice in the past 4 months I have been traveling through and needed assistance. They always squeeze me in! Thank you for your expertise and excellent service. BTW...if Tim suggests a certain brand/type of tire for your particular vehicle take his advice. I didnt and now I know why he is the specialist. :) Take his advice so you dont buy twice! Definitely worth the stop.
By far and away one of the best shops I've ever been to. The owner Tim is not only good at what he does, he really takes the time to understand what is going on, and to make sure you understand what is happening. He even took the time to visit me at home while I was working to make suggestions that would make the repair less expensive. You just don't find service like that anymore.
The old school little town hospitality is definitely a gr8 thing!!! that still exist at Tim's Serv in Minden Ia....
All I needed was my lug nuts retorqued, other stores didn't have time for the 2 min job. Without an appointment????? so I stopped by Tim's unannounced while on my way home after work he torqued my lugs nuts and I was out of there in minutes...

He does a good job at a fair price and he's straightforward with what he does I appreciate him very much he's very knowledgeable at what he does, I will not hesitate to go back to him again

We had issues with the alternator on our RV. Even though they don't normally service RV's, Tim helped us find a replacement alternator. He helped us with the alternator and battery issues and got us on our way. We are very thankful and appreciative of all the help getting us going again. We will have to stop in again - hopefully this time to only say Hi.
