Went scrapN with one of my friends 2day 2 help get rid of our old washer and dryer among a few other metal items taking up space. Got paid to do it too! Had a good experience. Friendly staff. In and out quickly.

Was quoted $350 for our truck, we said we'd look around some more for prices so they offered us $400. When we drove down there with the truck they wouldn't give us more than $275 for the vehicle. When we said we'd have to discuss that because it wasn't what we were quoted, they went ahead and smashed the truck so we couldn't drive away. Rip off artists. Owner settled finally for $325, less than the original quote. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! Should have called the cops and may still do so

Everything was super fast and easy! The tow truck driver was within 20 min of the estimated time. They made the sale in less than 5 min and were on their way. They offered a much better price than other places I called. I’d use them again.

They really cleaned up down there! Lot's of things going on! Forklifts, tractors, and trucks moving fast! You know, I think they're scraping the World!!

We LOVE coming here. We have come so much that we know most of the staff and they know us. They are all so kind, they make you feel like you are apart of the family. Brittany is so personable, we smile everytime we see her working! One thing that makes them different from the rest, is they take time out of their day to show their appreciation to each customer by doing something special regularly. Was referred to them by a friend who has had a great experience every time she uses them unfortunately that's not the case with me. Have had to call 3 times over the course of 2 days for someone to pick up my vehicle keep getting told they are coming and no one ever shows up. Lousy sevice if you ask me. Would give 0 stars if possible! Do not recommend

Absolute horrible service, asked for the materials tester and was a huge argument. 1st visit, today went and the woman at the window who is always there hung up on me twice when I tried to question the price and grade of the material they brought me. She said they do it all day and know better then I do. I know what I brought in, high grade from Europe, not old sheet

Those people at lakeside auto recyclers. If you don’t watch them they will rip you off. They tried taking my number one and paying me number two prices. They are a bunch of thieves if you don’t watch closely. Than they change the rules on you in the parking lot. I will go somewhere else where I don’t have to worry about getting my scrap stolen right under my nose.

They tell you 700 for a car that's fully complete, you bring a car with factory everything complete and they then try paying you 300. Scam artist is what they are. I 100% knew the exhaust was factory and they lied on inspection and said it wasn't. Don't fall for these people.

Business is good but the lady at the reception desk doesn’t know how to talk to people on the phone and is very rude. She doesn’t allow people to speak and doesn’t know how to be professional. A different lady could really brighten up the phone service. I’ve talked with this lady 3 times and everytime she interrupts me and is rude.

The guy who came and got my car was nice enough and they gave me a pretty good price. However, the girl who I spoke to on the phone was AWFUL!! She was incredibly rude to me for absolutely no reason. I would've given them more stars if it hadn't been for her and her horrible customer service skills.

I recently purchased a tire from these folks and I can say that I have never dealt with a more pleasant, accommodating, and honest people then they were. Even though it was getting close to closing time for them they took the time to cheerfully take care of my needs. Just really great people.

These guys are amazing!!! My car was off of 203rd and dodge and Upullit made me an offer but never came to get that car after 3 days of hounding them down. I called lakeside and they not only offered me more but was actually going to call me to schedule the pick up! Thank you so much for all of your help, the spectacular service and the check. You got a customer for life and I will always recommend.

Other than not having anybody in the office up front when you walk in place is pretty solid. I've bought a couple used tires and a couple used batteries from there and have had good experiences. They just need to staff better.

Everyone is polite, very efficient, and they pay top dollar for their scrap. They are very quick so rheres no waiting around. They also pay cash so there's no running to the bank afterwards or waiting 2 hours before cashing the check like Alters has you do.Thats ridiculous! And its worth it just to see their Awesome huge scrap metal T-REX.

Very reliable and quick service. The amount of money quoted was spot-on correct that we received for our vehicle. Very polite tow truck operator. Good to do business Except non ferrous metals they do a slide of hand an screw ya so then I tell them I have my stuff sorted the non speaking crew told me to hush. rude Mexicans working in non ferrous shop nferrous area

I've been to this place several times, and I can bet 9 times out of 10 they have had to fix my ticket for getting paid. They always tell me that they don't change the prices where your copper ext. Is weighed,so it's always a constant battle to get paid what your supposed to be getting paid. Called up there yesterday to get a quote on steel radiators and they quoted me 2.28 a pound and after driving an hour to get there they were trying to pay me 8.00 dollars for a 50 pound radiator. So we asked for are metals back and took our business elsewhere. Will NEVER go back to that back again. Always has been and probably would always be a bad experience. Thank you.

I wish there was a way to pick a half star. I went in one day and was treated very good. Then I went the next day and a short mexican that was running the forklift thought i was stupid, and I'm pretty sure he pocketed the money for my electric motors and my starters and my catalytic converter, as they were still in the box when he handed me my ticket. I will never return there, and neither will anyone i know or associate with. A very big thumbs down.
