This is the second time I’ve used G&S Towing in the past couple months. I called them again because the first time they were courteous, efficient, professional and careful and I appreciate that. I was not disappointed this time either. The driver was very helpful, even going beyond the call of duty to try and help me get into my car so I wouldn’t have to tow it. It didn’t work but I definitely appreciate the effort. He took his time with loading the vehicle so it was done carefully and he was polite and courteous when he spoke to me. G&S seems to hire the right drivers, because I’ve had less enjoyable experiences with other companies. This time I found out there was a tow service right around the corner from where my car was but it didn’t make a difference. I knew I was calling G&S from the minute the decision was made to tow it. They will be my go-to for the foreseeable future. I prefer to spend my money where the company does good work, their employees are the best and they stand by their work and that is exactly what G&S does.
A few months ago I had a trailer of mine sink while fully loaded in a parking lot early in the morning they came out and were very respectful reasonably price compared to anyone else in town I saved a lot over the years using them even though sometimes you have to wait a bit longer they are top notch and worth the wait

I needed a tow last minute. When I called they were very helpful. Provided an estimate or quote at request with given specific locations. They have reasonable prices as well. Arrived on time. They remaining communicative during before the tow. The guy who came to tow was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend G&S Towing!

Starting from the phone call I made to them, they were polite and courteous; my second call they were just as polite and courteous. They gave me a price (great rate) and a time when they would arrive.
These guys were prompt and charged me exactly what they quoted me. They also parked my vehicle right where I asked them to. The driver was very friendly, sympathizing, and polite too.
This is a top notch towing company which I haven’t used in the past but I will use them again in the future for my towing needs. (But I pray I don’t have any more needs.)

What a great company. My wife and I got stranded heading up for a weekend trip to Minnesota. With two little ones in the car we were stressed and weren’t getting much help from our insurance roadside assistance. After one phone call, G & S dispatched James who quickly came to our aid. He was so kind and put my mind at ease. He even took care of key drop off at the dealership where it was delivered for service. Thanks so much. A hard day made so much better.

Mr. Brown the driver was very helpful, awesome guy. The manager/dispatcher, not the most intelligent guy I’ve ever encountered, and that’s an understatement, sent the wrong coordinates to his driver and then blamed me even after I sent him a literally picture of where I was
After calling, they reached me in roughly ten minutes, which was impressive enough, but they were also very respectful and helped calm me down after a bad double tire blowout. Very professional, and very dependable. Thank you, team
Cannot say enough great things about this company and the driver Mike. We are in the process of moving from New Jersey. My daughter’s care broke down on I-80. We were towed to the one of the shops that Allstate had listed as a choice on their roadside assistance app. It was a metal barn in a cornfield. Mike and the owner would not leave us stranded. Made sure we were in a place that was safe and had hotels and restaurants. Don’t find that kindness to strangers very often. Great operation with great people!!

We had a flat tire on a camper and had it towed. When we came to get it there was a large mud puddle and one of us feel hard. It was at the bottom of a handicap ramp and no signs at all. When I told James about it, he said it wasn't his problem--I it was raining and they weren't even open. The sign in the window said they WERE open. Three man had promised to put on the new type but then refused because he thought I was rude. The camper had damage it didn't previously have, and they charged a lot of money for no service. After an hour of waiting for insurance tow truck, still searching for one. I canceled and called G&S. 20-25 minutes and he pulls up gets car loaded and drops it at my house. Excellent time wise, service was outstanding. I know who to call next time. Not my insurance!!

$290 for a 25 mile trip only to leave with the key!!! Idiots! I called as soon as I realized what happened, driver wasn’t gone for more than 10 minutes, and dispatch told me he was 25 miles away with another customer - LIAR!! I begged her to give me the location so I could drive to get my key as my mechanic friend couldn’t assess anything without the key. All she said is I’ll have to wait until he’s done with the next customer!! Worst excuse for customer service ever! Use anyone but this service!

Super prompt service when I blew a tire. Tim was quick and courteous. The payment was easy and price was very much worth it to get me back on the road!
Car got towed after my accident. Glad it is totaled... the raccoons got in my car and made potty all over the car and helped themselves to my babies snacks... Can't tell if it was the raccoons or someone else, however 200$ cash is missing from under my driver's side floor mat. The sick thing is they clip into the car... you have to actually pop them up to search....
Way better than Crow Tow though...
At least they left me some change.
