The whole transaction was smooth and quick without any hassle from me. It made something I had been worrying about for a year on what to do with the car be solved in minutes, and the car was picked up in less than a week. I feel relieved to have it taken care of and moved forward so quickly.

Unfortunately, the company did NOT complete the title transfer and left the car I no longer own to be towed and impounded. I received a notice of owing $390 for the tow and a daily rate of $58 until it's claimed by the "owner," which is most certainly not me. BEWARE!

The employee I spoke to on the phone was very patient and respectful - even as I struggled with some technical difficulties, which I greatly appreciated. It was a quick and easy process and I would heavily consider using this service again if I needed to sell another car.
I called them on Monday night, I needed to sell my no drivable car that was in garage and all persons I talked to were very nice and very helpful. The tow truck driver came on Tuesday morning and gave me the check with the amount we agreed previous night. Also nice and friendly guy. Carlos was excellent to work with. I became frustrated because I put the title and key up and once he arrived I couldn’t find. He was patient as I called my niece to locate. I felt so scattered because I could not remember and he was so calming which I really appreciated. He was the best!!!
My experience with Cash for Cars was great. The price they offered was well within reason and scheduling the pickup was super easy. I was leery when they asked for a picture of my cars title but after talking to the state attorney generals office I was fine with sending it. They were able to pickup in 2 days and paid the agreed upon price!

I searched cars for cash on Facebook. I clicked through there and wound up speaking to Nitesh S over the phone. (I’m not too proud to say I heard an accent and I was, “oh no, another lead gen company trying to sell my info.” I’m upset with myself and will heighten my awareness around judgment like this because Nitesh was great to work. And I truly am sorry for my judgment. It’s obvious I have room to grow and you helped me grow.) Nitesh asked me a few questions about the vehicle, I even stated it was inoperable, and he had an offer for me that I accepted. Nitesh and the business made sure there was no balance at the dealership the car was located at prior to towing it. They lined up the tow truck driver to pick it up and that was free. They were patient with me throughout the process and very kind. They told me a 48 hour turnaround for pickup during their pitch, however, they transferred me to the towing company they contract, and they were willing to accommodate a pick up of the vehicle within 4 hours of me contacting them from Facebook. It was Perry towing I think that showed up. The towing guy wrote me a check, took my title, and that was that! I called Cars for cash at noon and I had a check by 330 PM. Thank you so much!
Having a car break down on the road is always very stressful but Jannie was wonderful at walking me through the process. Support made sure the details were correct and got me lined up with the guy who picked up the car who was also great. Lining up sale was quick and easy! However lining up the pickup was tough as many phone calls were made before they actually lined the tow truck up. Once it was day of pick up it went very smoothly though! In the end car was gone and check was in hand.
The process was very straightforward and simple, however, the window for the towing company to pick up the vehicle is quite large. I was given the window of noon to 5 PM which makes it tough scheduling for the day.
Very quick & easy process! Leon gave us a offer of $630 for our old oil leaking 2003 Chevy Suburban. Yes it seemed a bit low but it was higher than the competitors and we needed to get the beast GONE! It was a 5 minute phone call, an email of confirmation, & 1 call to Copart who dispatched a driver. The Suburban was picked up within 2 hours and the driver brought us a check. Happy it went smoothly & it’s a great process if you just need to get rid of an unsellable vehicle with zero headache!

My only complaint is I called in the morning so I could get my car picked up at an earlier time window, and the driver just happened to call me and ask if I could let them come get it now even though I requested the later time window, which wasn’t correct. Quick & Easy. decent amount.
All the agents were friendly, professional, & quick. By far the best quote I received. The only downfall was the towing company only gave me like 15 min notice they were on the way to pick it up.
