I called them on Monday night, I needed to sell my no drivable car that was in garage and all persons I talked to were very nice and very helpful. Lining up sale was quick and easy! However lining up the pickup was tough as many phone calls were made before they actually lined the tow truck up. Once it was day of pick up it went very smoothly though! In the end car was gone and check was in hand.
The process was very straightforward and simple, however, the window for the towing company to pick up the vehicle is quite large. I was given the window of noon to 5 PM which makes it tough scheduling for the day.

My only complaint is I called in the morning so I could get my car picked up at an earlier time window, and the driver just happened to call me and ask if I could let them come get it now even though I requested the later time window, which wasn’t correct. Quick & Easy. decent amount.
