Don't show up unless your there a half hour before close. Drove 45 mins to drop off some scrap and called to say I'd be there in less than 10 minutes- 30 mins before close they said they said the garage would be closed. Checked it out anyway gates were open so we're garage but everyone was standing around chatting or on there phones.. they said I was to late
No one calls back! We have several piles of metal that we need containers for! Does anyone that works there or owns the company ever read the reviews? Somebody doesn't want the big bosses to make any money!!!!

Employees make you feel welcome but pricing isn't market value. Stinks that value of each metal or scrab is always fluctuating.
I was just written off, which nobody wants especially when it comes to money.
Ask pricing (don't wait till last minute they wanna go home on time just like the rest of us) and have things sorted before you get there
Edit* market value being interpreted as to where other yards claim prices sit.

These guys treat me great every time.
I am small fries compared to many scrapers. Maybe 100lbs every few years, and they are always nice, and I always come out with more money than expected.
And they pay in cash, so that's a plus :)
I came 20 mins before they closed they closed the garage door before me parking in reverse to sell copper. They don't let you know they won't tend to you horrible customer service.
Long wait but worth it!? You know why?? Because,"on the other side, of the receptionist window, is a 'Very Beautiful' lady!!" So sweet& but professional too. T.Y., E.D.M.!!
Making stops there was never a hassle. Everyone who helped in the process was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will only use this place in the future to meets my needs.
I would rate this place 0 stars if it was possible. I went there and watched as the employees stood around chatting instead of helping me for about 10 minutes. I finally packed all my stuff back up and left after giving up being waited on. What a bunch of creeps!!!
If there was a way to give negative stars, I would!!!!! Scale house closes at 4:15 so DO NOT SHOW UP AT 4:17!!!!!! Very inconsiderate and rude individuals.
My business works closely with alter to assist us with removing our scrap. I am always very satisfied with my service and would recommend them any day.
