Honestly great local repair shop! Prices are very reasonable and they do not try to add extraneous repairs. Very quick diagnostics, quotes, and repair turnaround time for the engine repair I had here.
Only reason I am dropping a star is that the car came back smelling really bad inside and with some staining on the driver's seat and wheel. I ended up having to keep the car windows open for a week and Febreze bombing it. It didn't appear to be from anything left in the car.
While I was upset about that, everything else was excellent and very affordable. My core engine issue was fixed and I saved a lot of money by choosing this repair shop.
They truly offer the best prices in the area, along with excellent service. Occasionally, the wait might be lengthy, but that's somewhat anticipated due to their amazing prices, service, and the high volume of customers they attract.
Absolutely incredible man that owns this place. He's very honest, highly qualified and very reasonable. I've been going there for five years and only place I go he's from Bosnia and a wonderful man.

I've been bringing my car here for repairs for many years, and the customer service has always been great. The repair costs are reasonable, and they've helped me save money. However, recently, the repair timelines have become a problem. He used to provide accurate estimates, but now I find myself waiting much longer than promised. Despite giving him another chance, he continues to promise repairs by a certain date, only to miss them. Currently, my car has been with him for two weeks with no feedback, even though he initially said it would take just one day. I don’t want to lose this shop, but the ongoing delays and lack of communication are really testing my patience.

Dalija and his team are top notch. Most honest and reliable shop I’ve seen! Best prices too. If he can save you money, he truly will. He went out of his way to check and see if my car had some recalls that we could get done for free through dealer instead of him making the money. As well as not charging me for an alignment that he did on my car, and didn’t quote with the other work he did. He did not want the money for it even after I insisted. Very honorable man and has a great family working the desk too! We will for sure always take our cars to him!
First, they were the only ones willing to come out today. They had great communication and actually tried to jump it first. The driver offered advice and offered to shovel so I could get out of my driveway. The phone rep also provided great communication and assistance and was willing to go the extra mile! So thankful for all of their help! I highly recommend using their services!

Have taken my car here about 5 times. Every time has been a really good experience. I can't begin to explain how great this place is. The employees are friendly. The work is trustworthy and most importantly they are honest. Customer for life I recommend to everyone and anyone looking for mechanic. Prices have been very reasonable. Worst service ever. They charged me $200 to figure out what was wrong with it after being told what was wrong with it. Then they put in a new starter but didn’t hook up the wires well enough so that two months later my car wouldn’t turn over and I had to take it to another mechanic to fix the wire from the starter to the ignition. They keep saying that their work was not the issue. Really? Pretty sure when you put in a new starter you should make sure all the wires are connected well. They lie
This is my go to shop for all of my vehicles maintenance needs: VW's, Audi's, Jeep, Nissan. All of the maintenance done at one place, mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful, customer service very honest and polite. All of the work they do is priced very reasonably. Highly recommend to anyone. It's a very busy shop, always packed with cars, so my advice is just to call ahead and schedule your appt.
I was screwed, ABC saved me.
I was a week away from moving out of state, towing a U-Haul on my car. Engine died and I needed a new one. Car-X said they could do it in a month, ABC said they could do it in a week. While they were at it, they did a wheel alignment, replaced my busted thermostat, and checked my brakes. The guy who worked on my car drove it a ton to make sure it was good for my long distance needs.
Every staff member was courteous and professional. The prices were fair. The service was TOP NOTCH.
They seemed low cost for towing, also wanted to get a diagnosis (their diagnosis is free) on my vehicle.
They had my vehicle for close to two weeks. Their diagnosis was "it's something with the motor, and honestly our suggestion is to just junk it" Not even a 10 year old car in this market and they want me to junk it??
I get my car back today and ALL of the contents of my center console were SPREAD ALL OVER MY CAR, there were oil spots on the driver side interior door, and somehow the ashtray was dumped inside my car. Oh and the battery was completely dead, too.
No idea if they have people that go through the cars in their lot at night, or they are just that disrespectful either way there is no excuse for that.

I wanted to let you know that the reason my car wasn't working was a really simple fix, and I wish you guys would've found it. The Mass Air flow sensor I purchased and had put on was faulty. When disconnected the car ran, went to the store and returned the faulty one and get a replacement same day and my vehicle is running as if there was never any issues. You wanted me to Junk my car over a Mass Airflow Sensor replacement.
Edited Original review because I was mad at the situation and was disrespectful. Added a star because while I wasn't able to get a diagnosis from them, it is free, so when folks are on a budget that is a good option so long as they can actually diagnose it.
