Perrys was the only place I called I received excellent customer service, got our kids car towed and taken care of as soon as possible. Definitely will use them again if I have any other towing or auto repair needs in Des Moines area if needed in the future. Thank you again for your service!
Just had a great experience with a gentleman who I believe was named Greg. He knew my two little boys were excited to see a tow truck so he turned the emergency lights on for them. He was great to work with! Prices were good and the customer service was excellent!
I recommend them 10/10 any company that takes the time to fulfill a kids dream.. is awesome in my book!!! My grandson loves, loves absolutely loves big truck of all types and the workers was actually serving my neighbors and my grandson watch the entire time.. they noticed the little guy and took just a few minutes and a photo with him thanks so much!!!! Gary was amazing. He came in and was very professional but understood that it wasn't just a car he was towing. It was our livelihood. He joked and made us feel 10x better over a bad situation. He was the best! Highly recommend Perry's towing and make sure you ask for Gary!

Perry's is great. I own an automotive repair shop and have delt with many tow companies over the years. Perry's drivers are polite respectful and professional they give your real time frames and do a good job of sticking to that. towing a car is never fun but they make it less stressful. they are and have been my go to tow service for as long as I can remember.

I have used this service twice now first time for my Honda Type R. They use a flatbed towing truck and are professional, what really stands out is how fair their rates are. Other services i called quoted me at least 30% higher than what these guys did
I recently had a sudden and unexpected issue with a tire on my car, and the crew at Perry's went above and beyond when they were able to take care of the problem very quickly and efficiently. They have taken excellent care of my daughter's vehicles for quite some time now, and I am more than pleased with their work and highly recommend them for automotive needs.
Mt daughters vehicle wouldn't start after getting gas in the worst gas station parking lot. Todd was the tow guy for Perry's who was assigned to pick up her car. He had to deal with inconsiderate people at the gas station while trying to get her cat because it was still at the gas pump. As well as my daughter making things more difficult by locking the key she left for them in the car. Smh. I live in Texas and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get her car picked up and taken to the shop. He communicated with me EVERY step of the way and got her taken care of within an hour. When you need a tow ask specifically for Todd if you want an awesome worry-free experience. I'm extremely grateful!!!
I have used these guys twice for towing due to my error in driving and blowing tires. I had different men each event and both were amazingly helpful and kind. The rates are extremely fair and honestly better than most places. Being a younger female and having minimal knowledge of vehicles, I have run into many occasions of having vehicle specialists being condescending but this was NEVER the case with anyone at Perry’s whether on the phone or in person.
I will always go to them!

The driver for Perrys towing was amazing. He pulled my truck out of a crowded parking lot without a key to unlock the steering wheel. He got it up in the flatbed and I was able to ride to the dealership with him. He was polite, courteous and pleasant the entire trip. He dropped my truck and I off at the dealership and even went inside to make sure I was taken care of in there. Highly recommend.
Alex did an exceptional job towing a Triumph motorcycle for me! To took extra care to make sure no scratches or damage was done to the bike! He was friendly, knowledgeable and Kind even with it being 95° outside!
They successfully towed my vehicle, hooray! They were busy, and told me up front approximately how long I'd have to wait. There was an additional delay, which I wasnt told about until I called wondering where my car was, but it wasnt the end of the world. Just glad my car safely made it to its destination.
The people at the Company were nice, but we were informed incorrectly at the car dealership. They told us to go through here, to have our car towed and so it cost 250.00!! We would have had it reimbursed by Corporate however the employee at dealership gave us incorrect information and since this is a 3rd party tow place, we were screwed. Then, we were told we might be able to save a little on the towing but that did not happen either.
Job well done. It's my sister-in-law's car; they towed it and replaced a serpentine belt same day. They were pleasant, professional, and didn't complain about splitting the payment with two payment methods. As good of an auto repair experience as can be expected when your car breaks down.
Extremely reasonable prices and everything gets done quickly. Recently got completely screwed over by another shop and I literally would have saved hundreds if I got my car towed here instead. They don't take advantage of women or people uneducated on cars. Truly honest service and family owned business.
Wow! Fast service and the driver was amazing. The van I was driving (Note: not my van.) Died at a stop light and would not start. I tried to jump start it but it was really dead. Dead as in no lights, no clicking, nothing at all. I called Perry's because I knew it was only a dozen blocks from where I was. The tow truck arrived in just minutes, and had the van hooked up and rolling in hardly any time at all. That truck was slick the way it clamped to the front wheels and lifted the van. The driver was quick and seemed to be a very nice guy. The took the van to the repair shop and perfectly backed the van into a spot some people I know couldn't have backed into let alone backing up a tow truck with a van attached. Dear reader, I hope you never need a tow truck, but if you do I would heartily recommend Perry's.
Perrys was the only place I called out of like 8 places that was affordable, excellent customer service, wanted to get me taken care of as soon as possible. My dad took my pt cruiser for new brakes and my car has never been better! Every other place I went to gave me estimates of close to a $1,000 or more but Perry gave a MUCH reasonable price. Highly recommend
I have used Perry’s multiple times and each time they are prompt, polite, and fair. They always have a minute when I drop by and have a question to answer me and show me why. Being a total novice I appreciate it and don’t ever feel like the wool is being pulled over my eyes. I have bought tires from him when I had an unexpected flat, been towed when my starter went out (he had even went and got the part while the truck was out getting me so I wouldn’t have to wait on it when I got there), had many oil changes. These guys are truly a family business, because they always treat you like family. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
