Called these guys to move my trailer that has damaged suspension across the street. They said they could do it no problem and they were 1.5 hours out, even gave me a very fair price. After 3 hours I called back, he advised they were 10 minutes out. Driver never showed and I have now called 6 times, over 2 days, since then with no response. If you need a tow, I guarantee there is some one better in your area.
Super professional, came in a timely manner and sent me update texts on estimated arrival time. Amazing price and included a tip because this is the cheapest towing I have ever received in the states. Will always use this company for my towing needs in the DSM area!
The driver showed up much faster than anticipated. He was exceptional with making sure that my car was chained to the tow truck properly. I would recommend this company to anyone as the driver was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
My car had blown up and I had called my insurance company to have it towed. This company STOLE my car. Did not pick up the correct car. Then after calling all over Dallas county and the police to find it, Elite blew it off. I waited 5 hours in a panic calling everyone to find out. I had to file a police report. After they STOLE my car, they were going to make me PAY to get it to the correct location OR they were going to tow it BACK TO THE INTERSTATE. The man that I spoke with kept saying he had to talk to his manager about it, but refused to give me the managers information. I then called again and he had my number BLOCKED.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Extremely rude and unprofessional and they STEAL VEHICLES AND DONT REPORT THEM. They towed my car to a Car X for repairs because that’s what they were supposed to do with the other car, and CAR X caught the mistake and reported it.
Everything started out great on the phone. Gave an ETA of 35 mins. They didn't show up or call until 1 hr 30 min later. Says it will be another 10 min. Then 30 mins later I called another company that showed up when they said they would. And they got a tip for being straight with me.
I had a trailer that was put on a flat bed truck. The driver didn't have the right equipment and bent the jack on the front of the trailer. I have sent them photos and video of him doing this. I have tried to contact them and no return calls. I wouldn't recommend them to tow air.
Called them and their price for a two block tow was too high and then they gave excuses that their trucks gel up due to the heating up process. Got my car home by myself in below freezing temperatures. Bottom line if your a tow company your issues with your engines shouldn't be my problem in an emergency and I shouldn't have to pay for that. I wouldn't even put one star on this rating but I had to in order for this to post. For the record, this place sucks and deserves no stars....
I was helping a family from church start their vehicle and my portable battery pack just wasn't cutting it. One of the mechanics from Elite Express Towing overheard me explaining the issue at an auto shop and offered to help. He had the vehicle up and running in no time. Very knowledgeable and helpful in a time of need. I'm beyond grateful

Pulled my car from a ditch where it was stuck. Over charged me for the service. I called around and I was getting quoted $85 from other company's. When I called Elite towing I was told that needed to look at the job before giving me a set price. My car was just off the side of the road and my bumper was about six inches off the white line on the road. The driver jumped out and was friendly. He grabbed a chain and the cable from a winch. Threw the hook on the chain over the rear axle, hooked the other end over the cable, it pulled right out then he said that will be $150.00. I said wow $150.00 he said I dont make the prices the offices does. It took like 15 min to do. No recept or nothing. Beware of this company and get a price before they do anything. If I would have known this I would have called someone else.
I have an F350 diesel that sat for 5 days in the extreme cold. It was Christmas Eve and It would not start. My Insurance company sent out 4 other companies to start it in a four hour period without success. Elite came out and had it started in less than 20 minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kind.. most of all he made sure I kept warm in the 5 below temperature. I can't recommend this company enough. I thank you Elite for everything. I am forever grateful.
I put my car in a unique position backing down my driveway. The first tow truck wouldn't even touch it. The driver took his time and skills to carefully lift my car and position it correctly so it put me back on the road. Expertise service. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Major downside - we had an appointment for 9 am, and they did not show up. We called at 9:40, and we had to wait another hour before a truck came out to help. Overall, good company, but I would recommend to the owners to keep your appointments, and if the truck is going to be late, give your customers a call to let them know what is going on.
There was nothing elite about this service. I had to wait 45 minutes for the tow truck to get there. It didn’t help that he drove right past me, sitting in front of the Hiway Helper vehicle. The tow truck was filthy inside and barley ran. It had a suspension issue in the front that nearly bounced me out of the seat for the first five miles. Top freeway speed was about 45 miles per hour while we listened to an incessant singing from what sounded like a seatbelt warning signal.
Great service, and Great price! They showed up when they said they would. Selemani was very professional... rode with him to my house, and he made my frustrated day better with good conversation! Thanks a million!!!
They were extremely fast, cheaper than anyone else we called as well. Tony Worked with me on unloading the car exactly wear I wanted it placed. He also was extremely careful with the car I will definitely use elite Express towing again in the future
I just got my van and trailer today, and trying to back it up, I got stuck, I mean stuck stuck in my
neighbor’s yard . I called @Elite Express Towing and man them boys made my day. They were affordable, fast, patient, and cool. I was like I don’t want to be stuck again, but if someone get stuck, definitely hit them up!
I was at work when I needed my car to be towed from my home to the service center. He gladly came to my work to pick up my keys for me before heading to my place to tow the car. He was here within 40 mins and my car at the shop in roughly the same time. Very nice guy and quick service!
I needed a tow and selected these guys completely randomly from the list of tow services in the area - super glad I did. Claude responded quickly. He is very friendly, and was extremely cautious about getting my car on and off of the truck without scraping the ground. I will definitely call again if I ever need a tow in the future.
Claude was a very professional and pleasant person to work with he came out in very short. Of time and hooked up my car to the tow truck and drove me over to the auto body shop.

Super good service, really friendly and helpful. $70 for a towe which isn’t bad. He got there 10minutes after I called and got me to the shop quick. Even gave me a ride home afterwards. 10/10 would recommend.
Needed my car towed after battery died while being at work. Called a few other towing places, they promised to come but never showed up, probably because some of them said my car is “too low to tow”. After spending and wasting almost four hours, I found about Elite Towing on Google search. Driver is very nice guy, knows everything about his job and he had all necessary equipment to put my car on the flatbed even it’s little bit lower than most cars. I am very satisfied with the service and I highly recommend Elite Towing if anyone needs that kind of service.

Claude is awesome! This is the second time I have called him and he is so reliable and helpful. He's a biologist/chemist turned entrepreneur, so he's smart and resourceful! He picked me up in a timely manner and was more than willing to take my car wherever I thought best. It's very stressful to have to have your car towed, but you don't have to worry with Elite Express!
