These guys rescued me I was from out of town in the Oski Iowa great people and great community But I’m here in this town on Rightbusiness and my rental problem is with Enterprise rental car employees all then are no give a care run around company that tell you anything you believe then they leave you. However, I have spent three weeks here, and I love all the people in the hospitality and the warmth and welcome that they made me feel this outstanding. I’m stating that the rental car company I use enterprise is worthless all I can see is best of luck if you rent a car from them. Innocuous
A car with permanent all-wheel drive was towed only by the front 2 wheels, which is why the all-wheel drive system was broken and the repair costs about $8,000, for which the towing company refuses to pay and the case is approaching court. This towing company does not understand how to tow cars with permanent non-disconnectable all-wheel drive and in order to earn an extra $115, due to its competence, can boldly tow the car incorrectly. Any towing company should understand what it does and what drives cars have. Companies that do not understand car drive systems should not have a towing license.
Mike was amazing, very friendly, quick, and showed that he cared about my vehicle and getting it to its destination in a timely and safe manner. Mike made this process very easy for me.
Worst experience I have ever had with a towing company. Had a flat tire and drove off a flatbed that bent my rim. Won’t work with me and refuses to do anything about it. I have pictures before and the rim was perfectly fine. Very very disappointed.
Dalton came by and was able to get my BMW towed efficiently. He used sponge ramps to angle the front end properly to clear the tow bed since it had slight lowering springs. He made sure I felt comfortable with the pickup and delivery process as I had mentioned to dispatch it was a sportscar with lower clearance. Pascal came and changed my daughter’s flat tire on the side of I-80 tonight after she hit a pothole. I called at 10:01 pm and he was there by 10:30 pm. He was friendly, fast and reasonably priced! Thank you so much for keeping my daughter safe! You were such a blessing tonight!

After we called for a tow truck, it arrived within 20 minutes. Upon arrival the young man was extremely polite and joyful. He truly loved his job. The entire experience made our car breaking down pleasant. Thank You!!!!!!
We had to retrieve my son's stolen car on Sunday evening and the car wouldn't start. It was -4 degrees out but he was there within minutes and got the car towed over to the shop for us quickly and carefully. It was also very reasonably priced! Super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!
I wound up sliding partially into a ditch on the way home from work during a snow storm along the interstate while avoiding an accident. Initial outlook from state troopers looked like I was going to have to wait until the next morning. I called P&M Towing to find out when I could have someone come pull me out of the snow bank, and they were able to pull me out that night! They got me free and I was more than happy to pay the fee!

I was out of town, 60 miles from Des Moines & needed a tow. This was Sat. Dec 14th. We had freezing rain so the roads were ice. Pascal was professional, friendly & a great driver. He got me to the car dealership safely. The price was very reasonable. When I went to walk in, I slipped & fell. Pascal was out of the truck so fast & picked me up &made sure I was okay. I needed a long distance tow from Des Moines to Moline, IL for my broken down car and P&M Towing was great! They were quick to respond, give me a quote, and ETA for a pick up! Very good service, cheapest i was able to find in ankeny and des moines. They traveled 2 times the distance compared to one i was right next to and charged 2 times less. Will definitely use them again for any future troubles. 10/10 service
Very fast lock-out service. Got carry out from Panera and was barely able to eat my sandwich before they arrived. Once on-site, it took 4 minutes to unlock my pickup. Highly recommend.

Car broke down on a Sunday. Called and he answered right away. Best price for a weekend so I gave the vehicles location and car repair location. He was professional and friendly. I asked to be notified when the car was at the repair shop so I knew it reached its destination and was safe as the window was left open when the car died. I also asked if he could fill out the form and drop the key in the drop box. He grabbed the car and took to shop in less than an hour. He sent a text with the car repairs sign and the key drop so I knew he found it and also where he parked the car. Gave me peace of mind. Best tow service I have ever used!
Our car broke down unexpectedly while we were on the other side of town. He was able to arrive within an hour, which was great because we had the baby with us. P&M are professional, fast, affordable and kind. I would recommend using their services and would call them again!
I called 4 differ t towing companies and this was the least expensive. I asked for estimates for how soon I could get a tow and one company one company estimated 3 hours. P&M was there in 40 minutes. I was very impressed with how quickly they got my car hook up and to our destination.
10/10 I would use them again.
