Take way too long to get orders pulled and ready for pickup! Orders should be pulled and invoiced and ready to pickup when you arrive to get your product!!!
Place is a joke! I tried to order a $300 bumper and they want $280 to ship it to my house. I can have a dealer order it to avoid shipping but I was trying to keep the middle man out of it. I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes just to learn this. Also asked if I could just pick it up at the store and they wouldn't allow me to. Add up shipping and bumper price and I can buy oem Ford for that price.
Came 15 mins before close, trying to buy paint.. all the doors are locked called the number whoever was in the paint department put me on hold until close and then told me to come back monday...
The paint guy is great. However, don't try to go an pick something up from Keystone. Two separate people tried to pick up my parts for me (I work out of town) and both times no one would answer the phone, no one was around, and they didn't get the parts. Terrible. I guess they don't like to actually give people their parts???!!!
Kevin is fantastic to work with, I order from Keystone near every day and have nothing to complain about. Kevin has been extremely helpful from updating me with ETA's to helping me get warranty issues addressed (when they rarely happen to occur). Would recommend to anyone in need of aftermarket or used parts.
Called them looking for a part, that I was having trouble finding. I needed it ASAP. The man I spoke with found one in Wisconsin and told me he could have it the next day! And at a reasonable price! A big high five and Thankyou to Keystone!
