Spoke to Chris several times. Their office lady told me I had to bring nothing but an ID to get my car back. He deliberately wants to show up late so I have to pay the 100$ "after hours" fee past 3pm. Every time I call him there is a new fee. Luckily my car is locked otherwise I've read other reviews on him stealing out of cars. They dont release cars on friday-monday. So yet another fee for it sittinf in their lot despite me being able to pick it up anytime today to avoid longer lot fees. This guy is a walking scam and liar. If you had your car repod by these guys, it was because they are the cheapest and most unreliable. I hope you read this message Chris. Ill keep an eye out for you I promise
If I could give 0 stars I would! Chris is rude, disrespectful and a liar! I requested simple items left in vehicle (aftermarket floor mats and vehicle registration and insurance cards) to be returned to me. I was given the run around, told I would be charged, that I could not have floor mats as they had to go with the vehicle even though I had factory floor mats to put back in car. My lien holder even contacted Chris and told him I was not to be charged and I was authorized to be able to get these items and Chris lied to my lien holder stating everything was removed from vehicle when he took it. I called and messaged many times with no return calls to set up appointment. I also spoke with Tri State from Platville Wisconsin and they were just as awful/disrespectful to deal with. My car was then sent to auction house and I was told by my lien holder to contact auction house to get my belongings and upon contacting I was treated with full respect and my belongings were returned to me no questions asked. Chris is trying to illegally take peoples money to get their personal property when being told there is to be no charge and won’t even take the time to set up a appointment hope no one else ever has to experience any of his shenanigans like I did!
Had a tow a while back, just now found the business on Google. The owner, Chris? I believe is his name, was a decent tow truck driver. But I don’t appreciate him asking my if I have any single girlfriends that he could hook up with.
This place is a real piece of work. It has taken 3 weeks to get my stuff out of my repossessed car charged me 50.00 to get it. Was late to the appt that he insisted that I had to have . Refuses phone calls doesn't return messages. Then says I don't know where the car is. People do not use them. It's awful.
My insurance's roadside assistance called this company to tow my disabled car from the parking lot at work. Someone called after an hour, said he couldn't get it with his flatbed, and a tow truck would be needed. Then they did nothing. Later, my insurance called another provider.
My insurance called them for roadside assistance when I got stuck during the snowstorm. Was told by the driver it would be a few hours (understandably). However a friend was able to get me out so as a courtesy I called the driver to let him know. I then get a call from a guy all mad at me and then told me to "never use their company again because I am a waist of time". Wish granted, I wont and I informed my insurance company of this as well so none of their other customers will use you as well.
By far the worst towing company I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service. My wife was in an accident and the vehicle was not drivable, but it was off of the roadway, parked in a driveway. The tow driver called and told me that he would be there in 15/20 minutes. He arrives an hour and fifteen minutes later. No phone call to let me know if he was still coming. I called his cell phone. It went to voice mail everytime. When he arrived, I told him I wanted my vehicle towed to a body shop in Coralville. We looked up the body shop on google maps.
The next day, I called the body shop to see what the estimate was and I was informed that my vehicle was not there. I called Allstate and I was told that my vehicle was towed back to their shop in Wilton and now being towed to the body shop in Coralville.
The manager of Allstate told me that it is their policy to not tow vehicles to businesses after hours and it was the insurance companies responsibility to inform me of that. Why didn't the tow driver tell me this, even after the we look up the body shop on google maps? The insurance company was told that the vehicle was to be towed to this particular body shop and they never mentioned anything about Allstate's policy.
If I had known they were towing my vehicle back to Wilton and then to Coralville the following day, I would have contacted another towing company. Terrible customer service. Absolutely no communication between the employee and customer. I will never use this company again.

Horrible service, the tow truck driver (Robert) backed the car into my garage, I have tried numerous times to get ahold of the owner, left multiple messages and I am always told he’s out of the office will call me back, so far after 5 messages I still haven’t heard anything back. If you value your stuff don’t use this company. I have initiated a complaint with the road side assistance company as well.
Absolutely horrible employees with no respect what so ever came to my house on a repo their driver by the name of David interrogates my 15 year old son threatened myself over the phone and then when I catch up to him he doesn't even have a business card tells me good luck about filing a complaint on him for interrogating a minor to the point I had to contact my atty what a sad place to deal with and David what a poor excuse for a man
I received excellent, professional service from Brad, the driver who came to help me. Brad is experienced, knowledgeable, personable, and drives a flatbed truck that impressed me as probably the best there is. It's also sparkling clean, and that to me is a reflection of the pride Brad takes in his work. I felt confidence in him from the moment he arrived. The entire towing job went smoothly. If I ever need this type of service again, I will ask for Brad, and I will recommend him to anyone. I'm in my late 60s and have had towing or other types of emergency help many times before.
They made me wait 4 hrs for a tow and then couldn't even do it!! They brought this little pickup truck thing and said my truck was too heavy for them to haul. This was after I already told them all about my vehicle and they confirmed they could tow it.
Then they sent a young kid out to get me. He called and said he was going to go to a neighboring city for a jumpstart first. By the time he got to me it was 4 hrs later. Meanwhile, im a young girl on the side of the highway! He arrived clueless and calling his boss, and then said he couldn't do it. CALL ALWAYS TOWING and save yourself the time. They saved the day within an hour of my call
Had my car repo'd, but that's not the reason for a one star, I was gonna call the bank anyway but they sent these guys before I cleaned my car out. When I tried to get MY stuff back they told me they would give me a call in 30 minutes with the location, it took 3 hours to call back. When I went there, they were rude and gave me my stuff in a garbage bag, and I couldn't go to the car and get MY stuff out of there. And I didn't even get all of my stuff back, they STOLE some of it. So watch out!! DO NOT let them be with your stuff alone, as you might not get all of it back. Be sure to check too. One of the things they stole off the top of my head, a USB bracelet that had my baby's ultrasound pictures on it. I mean really? How low of scum are you!?! They also charged me to get SOME of my stuff back too. Wouldn't use or recommend any of their other services based on my limited experience. Horrible people, horrible company.
This company damaged my property and will not pay for it. Do not use them. Called them and refused to help me, claimed they were closed even when they are open 24 hour. Scam alert.
I HAD A FLAT AT 2 AM AND IT WAS POURING DOWN RAIN AND I DIDNT KNOW WHO TO CALL SO I GOOGLED TOWING COMPANIES NEAR ME AND IT GAVE ME ALLSTATE SERVICES SO I CALLED AND THEY WERE THERE IN 20 minutes and my tire fixed 15 minutes after that very friendly and fast paced people I know who I'm calling the next time I get stranded I hope u do to !!!
Allstate Services really fast and friendly company...They were there within 10 to 15 minutes of me callin in..I was worried about how we was all gonna fit, if my car had to be towed and they rolled up in a nice crew cab truck.
