John Mustaine is beyond helpful and kind! He got to me to change my tire on the side of the highway within 30 minutes. He even followed us down the highway to make sure everything was driving safely and put more air in the spare. Could not recommend anyone better!
We broke down on Labor Day. Jon picked us up, suggested a reputable repair shop and even dropped us off at our hotel. Terrific, courteous sevice! Thanks again, Jon!
This evening our car broke down badly on our way to send off my niece to ISU. Thanks John for his great and quick help today to tow our car for a 40 minute ride to Ames. He dropped us off at ISU and then waited patiently to unload our stuff. Finally left our car at a Ford dealership for service. He’s thoughtful and thorough. I wish him all the best.
While you never want to be in a situation to need a tow, I highly recommend Mustaine’s Towing when you do! Jon answered the phone immediately when I called and walked me through the process and answered my questions in a friendly and helpful manner. He clearly communicated, showed up when he said he was going to, and was professional all around. The price we paid for the tow was just as quoted- which we found very reasonable.
My car was stuck in a ditch near State Center after some terrible snowy weather. The service was great and responsive. The driver picked me up from the motel after the tow ban lifted, drove me back out to my car and then pulled out my car of the ditch. Timely service and a nice guy! Sorry forgot your name already

Well I don’t hardly ever do these things but I had to get on here and say thank you one more time to Jon I believe his name was my wife hit a dear this evening just down the road from home and called me screaming bloody murder then in turn sent me into panic mode as I scrambled to get a shirt on and shoes I tripped on everything heart racing thinking she’s hurt bad because she cant get a word out over the screams I get there to find some close friends had stopped to help her and make sure she was ok and thank god she was just some minor bumps and bruises the car was totaled but who cares she’s ok anyway after that my heart is still pounding out of my chest and then finally the tow truck I called and the sheriff I called showed up and that man got out of his truck and immediately began making sure everyone was ok calm knew the situation and our options that made my heart relax a bunch and as he hooked up our car or what’s left of it we shared some stories and jokes and he also shared some helpful post accident tips so thank you again sir and thank god my wife is alright and we can spend yet another day in our happy young marriage?

Wish I could give more than just 5 stars - TERRIFIC service when I needed a tow. Fast, competitive pricing, and Jon is a total pro and a fun guy to chat with on the ride. I hope I don't need a tow in the area again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling! Highly recommended!
10/10 service. I have never had to deal with towing my car and this company was soo easy to work with. Not only was it top service but the owner was fun to talk to during our ride to the repair shop.
Wow! John provided excellent customer service and was very kind. Even helped my friend in and out of the truck. He also waited on the side of the road with us until our ride arrived. So thankful we called him!

This guy went out of his way to make sure we were not only safety off the road but that we got to a shop that was willing to help on a Sunday afternoon. I hope my next breakdown is in his range of business!
Super friendly and professional. I needed to have my car towed about 80 miles. Once I called I was quoted a wait of 30-45 minutes. They were there in a flash! Very friendly to chat with on the hour and 15 minute drive. If I need a tow again, I would absolutely use this company again!

I ran out of gas in middle of nowhere. (Gas gage said I had 47 miles but that's a different review.) John answered the call quickly. He was professional, caring, and just an all around nice guy. I was back on the road in no time.
The next day, my son's car broke down in the same area. Bob checked on us several times. We were able to drive it home and Bob even called to make sure we got home okay.

The service was fast considering the weather and amazing!! Having to get out in poor weather on a Sunday, you would expect grumpy service. Total opposite!! John was amazing! He was pleasant to work with! He helped to make an unpleasant situation, comical! Thank you so much!!
John towed our van when we had our accident. It was a bad accident and he was discrete and beyond helpful. We can’t say enough good things about him. We had an excellent experience and would recommend him to anyone.
Towed my car. Lied and said police put a hold on it and kept my insured car for 7 days and charged me in storage fees $299.60. Went to police got their report, there was never a hold on my car and the owners of mustangs towing illegally kept my car and charged me for it bu lying. Not only that, damaged my side mirror and now i have missing grill incerts.. they will rip u off and steal or damage your car not professional not well equipped and they are the most expensive tow company i this area .. my suggestion is use larrys towing at least they wont try stealing your vehicle
Great experience when I had to get my car towed after smashing into a deer. They were very prompt and polite so I didn't have to stand in the cold long:)
