While it’s convenient and close to recycle here, I also enjoy the way they treat you like family, not just a customer. They take my recycleables and get me back on the road quickly. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Absolutely impressed!!! Super friendly people, no can limits, treated us like people instead of customers!!! Young man jumped in the back of our truck grabbing bags before I had a chance lol. Great place and will return!!! Worth the drive from Creston and Creston Redemption has just lost our business-shouldn’t have cut their hours of operation
Fast & Friendly Service. I called before going there to make sure they were open and they picked up the phone. A bit of a trek coming from Des Moines, but the drive is really nice. Best part about this place is that they are actually regularly open unlike other redemption centers in the surrounding areas which keep closing due to being at capacity.
John's Redemption center has always had good dependable people that work there. They are always willing to help you carry in your bags of cans or help you in anyway. John is always right there willing to help also. They have reasonable hours to accomodate you. You can count your own cans or they will count and sort them for you which ever way you want to do it. They always offer you bags you can put yer cans in next time you bring them in.
It is so nice that our community has this facility available to us. Great place to go with your can and recycle. Staff has always been friendly nice and helpful. Nice to have a place to recycle our cans and bottles. When you bring in cans or bottles they need to be separated and counted a head of time and in a clear plastic bag. Glass needs to be seperate from plastic. This location is closed on Thursday’s.
