New to the area and I called Jerrad for a tire plug and he was on his way, plugged my tire and I was on my way. Great service and Great Guy. Only company I called who would even come or even do tire plugs, as I have aftermarket tires and can't get a replacement quickly and needed to be back on the road. Thanks again Jerrad!

My key fob decided to not work anymore to start my car late at night. So I called to see about having it towed home, however Jerrad was there very quickly and was able to help me still get my car started so I could get home without having to get the car towed.
Steven went above and beyond to help me. I hit a deer and was stranded on the side of the road. He went out his way to make sure my van got to the body shop assisted me with my delivery and drove me a hour to the airport. Without his help I wouldn’t be home writing this messages. Excellent service I give this company 10 stars.
My daughter had a flat in the middle of the night, the sheriffs dept called Jerrad and he was there in a matter of minutes. As a mom my heart is extremely grateful for how amazing he was to my daughter. Thank you so so much
Went above and beyond when I was stuck on the side of the road. Was able to help me enjoy my fourth of July weekend even after I forgot my wallet and other items in my car after it was towed 20/10!!
U-Haul gave me TWO faulty tire straps, one broke on the interstate and the other was halfway “cut” through by the time I found the problem.
Jerold was out in no-time flat to replace both and get me back on the road, despite ongoing strong thunderstorms. THANK YOU JEROLD!!!!
If I could give more stars I would! I called after I blew a tire on a trailer loaded with pigs. Jerrad answered and told me he would be right there to help. I was shocked at how fast he came and literally changed my tire within minutes! I was back on the road and I was so very happy!! Thank you so much for your quick service. Professional, reasonable and friendly! I will not hesitate to call if I need your assistance down the road.
This guy is amazing! Highly recommended, he’s easy to talk to, easy to get along with, and does his job exactly like you’re supposed to. If you need anything for towing, I highly recommend calling him, he will get it done fast and efficiently.
Was about 2 miles from home and thought my brakes seized up. Called my insurance to request roadside assistance and after several mixups about payment and where my vehicle was going, The Tow Co showed up like my knight in shining armor at 2 am. He extremely helpful, very nice, fast, very down to earth and very professional! He helped me figure out that I indeed needed a tire change because my tire had fallen off! I will definitely be using their service again- hopefully not anytime soon- but in the future if I should need, they'll be the 1st I call.

Another perfect "meeting"! Just so happens that I had to use their tow services, yet AGAIN and once again like before, my insurance hassled me about it when I had a mechanical breakdown! He waited patiently at my house, where my vehicle broke down for about an hour on my word that one way or another he would get paid. He was very calm, very professional, patient, helpful and very sweet! ❤️ Wonderful services yet again and I would recommend them a thousand times over! Thank you so very much!
My vehicle stalled at an intersection while on my way to work. From the time I called to Jerrad arriving was less than 20 minutes. Prompt, efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend The Tow Company if you need assistance.
We were passing through Rock Rapids to another work site when the engine in our truck went out. Jerrad arrived very quickly. Professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about local repair shops in the area. I would definitely recommend giving them a call.
He responded to my Uhaul fail. Jared was super helpful. He was on time. He saw the flat tire on the trailer, and by the time I came down from my hotel room, he already had the bad tire off and was getting the replacement. After he replaced the bad tire, he found one of the other tires was the wrong rim/tire, and was rubbing and could possibly pop down the road. He changed that one, too. He also checked the pressure on the remaining tires and filled them up. He went above and beyond. I am very grateful. Moving cross country is already stressful, so when something does go wrong, it was nice to have such a thorough and thoughtful response. Thank you!!
I was broke down on a country road. It was after dark, during a terrible thunderstorm. The rain was so heavy, visibility was almost nonexistant. I needed a wrecker to haul my vehicle out of the road. Despite the awful conditions, the wrecker driver came out and quickly and efficiently hauled my vehicle back to town. They rescued me when they could have blown me off. That says everything about the character of the driver and the company. I can't recommend them enough!
I was just entering Rock Rapids on a Saturday evening when my tire light came on. I pulled over and went through the steps to get my Triple A roadside assistance to come change my tire. Apparently they were overwhelmed 😖 in the area and couldn’t assist me till the following day… I phoned the police department and asked if they knew of anyone local that could help. They gave me Jared’s phone number, The Tow Company and he was there within 15 minutes of me calling him. He deserves 10*! He was quick and professional! Because of him, I was able to get my family home safely! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I highly recommend The Tow Co. We called on a holiday weekend and received the best professional service I could ever imagine. He responded promptly, got the car loaded, and had the roadside cleaned up in a short amount of time. We were on the road in no time at all and they even delivered our car to our house. Called about a tow. Gentleman had no interest in helping me, asked if I tried calling this place or that place, kept telling me it was going to be expensive. I told him if he wasn't interested, all he had to do was say no.. thats his right. No need to waste everyone's time. Felt it was very unprofessional. Definitely won't call again.
Starter died on my Expedition 100 miles from home in Onawa, IA. Tried AAA and other Onawa tow services and mechanics. (Long time AAA member and got NO call backs from any towing companies or mechanics for 2-1/2 hours after calling AAA.) After talking to a mechanic in Onawa who said he had no time to assist me, I decided I just want to get my vehicle home to my trusted home town mechanic. Called Jarred at The Tow Co and after a 1 day delay for a blizzard, he had my vehicle back to our town. The cost of the tow was well worth the peace of mind of knowing who was going to be working on my vehicle and not having to drive 100 miles back down to Onawa to get it whenever someone could finally get around to fixing it. Great service with a friendly & helpful can-do attitude. Will definitely remember The Tow Co if and when I need assistance again.
He was super-fast at responding to my call at needing my vehicle pulled out at 11:00 pm at night. My vehicle was stuck pretty good, and he did a good job to make sure he didn't break anything on it when pulling it out. He got me out quickly and did a great job and he was super friendly. I couldn't have asked for better service.
He pulled my niece out of the ditch. He was fast to get to her, and went above and beyond to dig her 3 feet out of snow and pull her Tahoe out so she could safely get home. I can't thank him enough!
