When ever I have taken stuff back or got my core charge put back on my card it was always back on there and I had to put my card in the machine..... I don't know who it was thus morning but I wasn't given that option and I was told it would be on my card and I look at my bank statement and there is nothing..... won't go back to this place again because of that person!!!!!
Scott changed my dying battery in 2 minutes and 53 seconds, (not a joke, android stop watch) in the rain ! Mind you. gotta be one of the best knuckle busting mechanics I've ever seen. Highly recommend!!
Took my vehicle there for a battery reading when the battery had flat out died in a parking lot a few hours prior and I finally got it to go, they said it tested good and so did the alternator, went to work, it died again, few hours later it got going again. Charged it overnight, read entirely dead just 30 minutes after being taken off the charger.
Good prices , but I go for the parts guys in Chariton they don't rely on the computer to tell them or you if it's the right part. I don't know about you, but two trips off the creeper with grease up to my arse ,makes this ol boy a grouch, so I keep parts runs to a minimum, so far no problems at all.
O'Reilly's is generally my first choice because most of the time the price is the lowest. Of course I'm the picky consumer that wants the best price I can get so I'll call everyone and so who has the best price for the brand. However, I do Appreciate their willingness to run the free diagnostic check when I request it. They are always professional and curtious.
The clerk was grumpy and the prices are extremely expensive. Not impressed with the store or their staff. I do not do repeat business with rude people. Clean up your act please!
I went to change the address on my rewards card. When I told him my address, the cashier started to argue with me on if it was st. Or Ave. I told him, "I live there I'd know." He responded with, "I've lived here for 58 years I think I'd know." Havent you heard the customer is always right, especially when they are, in fact, right. I wanted to change my address so I could get my rewards. Looks like that won't be happening.
