If I could of left a half star I would as they have an illegal tinting shop running out of the fair fax shop the person tinting screwed up one of my windows and refusing to fix it and there trucks are constantly speeding around town I’ve constantly see truck 55 out speeding

Riggs Towing really saved me on Tuesday 7-15 - my minivan just died in the middle of the commute home at night. I managed to drift off the 380 expressway northbound and about 2/3 the way up the exit ramp. I called AAA who contacted Riggs. They were very kind enough to send a tow even though the operator, Ryker, had been working all day long including a trip to and from Wisconsin. Cori, the dispatcher, was super pleasant and helpful and was very calming for my frayed nerves. Ryker was kind and professional and got me to the repair shop before the sun set. Hats off to Riggs Towing & Recovery. They are amazing and very helpful. I’m delighted to find such a great business to deal with. Thanks again.
I have roadside through State Farm, and have had to use it a few times now. This time they sent Riggs towing to me, and this has been the best experience I’ve had! They called me right away to confirm my information and to let me know an eta. They got to me so fast and I am so so thankful that they were the ones to help me out today!
Alex was very good and telling me what he was going to to do to tow my car to Dave Wright Subaru in Hiawatha I wasn't for sure what was going on with my car since all warning lights came found out that Evap Air Filter was clogged with gravel road dust and when that goes out it takes all safety functions on my car got my car fixed yesterday it works great and will use your services again Thanks Alex for the great experience

We had a rough start to our day when our truck broke down at 7:30 am on the way to a baseball game in Marion, IA on a Saturday. I highly recommend Keegan! When my transmission failed on my one-ton truck, he came to the rescue. He efficiently loaded up my truck, hooked up my trailer, and got us to a repair shop and back home safely.
We had a truck break down at 7:30 am while traveling to baseball game in Marion, Ia. For 8 hours we heard excuse after excuse and promise after promise broken by AAA. Numerous tow truck companies told us they would be there and never showed. Keegan from Riggs towing and recovery personally called and took care of everything and gave updates and calls and was like our guardian angel for the situation we were in. I was stuck in a pretty bad spot. Other tow companies said no due to the area being muddy, o put a post on Facebook asking for help and Alex was able to get me unstuck in just 10 mins, that's counting him hooking up and winching me out. Yes I was being dumb and didn't think it thru till it was too late but Alex was very very helpful, kind, and very good at his job. I give this company 5 stars because they came out and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Thank you Alex for helping me I really appreciate the expertise and in minimum time
Wonderful service. I broke down the day after tow ban during a very harsh snow storm. It was 6 am and negative 8 degrees out but this company came very promptly. Towed my car to cedar rapids from nearly Norway. Very reasonably priced.
