Alex had came out to our apartment complex today as one of our tenants locked herself out of her car, Alex was very nice to her and was able to answer all of her questions!
Riggs also was responded to the call in a timely manner! I thought they were also cost affective for the situation! I would use them again!
Zachary was quick to respond and very considerate and polite towing my Lexus to the Toyota dealership in Hiawatha and taking me to a hotel with my luggage and all when I was stranded late at night. He deserves gold stars and a big raise! The dispatcher was also sympathetic to my needs and very helpful.

I had a vehicle stuck in a customers yard on fresh clay landscaping. Dusty helped drag me back into the driveway. Clean the tires enough to grip, and helped me back the truck out. He also helped teach us a few tricks with the truck. He showed up earlier than expected, was kind, patient, and willing to explain every step of the way. I will be using this company in the future. Genuinely fantastic people in a business that doesn’t usually provide that. Thank you so much to Dusty, and the kind dispatcher that helped us out!
I was about to drive home from work late at night, when I found out that I had a flat tire. I submitted a claim with my insurance and they got in touch with Riggs towing. Their driver Dusty came and towed my car to the repair shop and dropped me off at home, since I lived close by. I’m very impressed by Dusty’s customer service and professionalism. 100% would recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow.
I lost control coming around a curved road when it was slick/snowy. I ended up sliding on top of the snow pile on the side of the road from the plow and was lifted enough I couldn't move. Dusty showed up very quickly and pulled me off it easily. Very appreciative and will definitely have them in mind in the future if the need arises.
These folks damaged my car in front of me and my husband and refuse to provide insurance information. If you value your car, you will specifically avoid Riggs Towing and Recovery in Fairfax. Ask for anyone but them. Super sketchy.
I used AAA to request tow service from them. The ball joint had failed. The tow operator pointed out the issue and said there was no way to avoid further damage from loading the car onto the flat-bad tow truck. While he proceeded, he pointed out the damage that had happened as a result of his efforts. The additional damage was estimated to be approximately $1,000. After unsuccessfully attempting to resolve via AAA, I contacted the Company directly. They disclaimed liability and said they would be taking no action. They refused to produce a copy of their insurance certificate. Nonetheless, I found a copy of their information and filed a claim with their carrier. It is frustrating that the Company’s employee (the tow operator) admitted to causing the damage but then the company didn’t stand behind their employee. Instead, they disclaimed liability.
Today we were in a pickle, my sister in law had called road side assistance as she had a flat tire on busy HWY 30! The original towing company cancelled without letting her know after 3hours. She called us and we went out to help. I then called Riggs Towing and Cori (the dispatcher) was AMAZING, I had told her about the long wait and our situation. She said she had a tow truck available and would send them ASAP! Which she did! Allen the driver showed up and had the truck loaded within 7 minutes and we were off the highway! They were amazing and totally helpful!!! THANK YOU
My car broke down and I called for a tow through AAA, Dusty came and picked my up. Kept his truck warm so I could warm up while he loaded up my car, super nice, very friendly and made sure I was set up with a ride before dropping me off at the mechanic. Definitely keeping his card in my car car going forward!
Dusty responded very quickly and gave fast service on a cold night! Dusty also took the time to educate us on the restrictions when driving on a spare tire- something we did not know. A pleasure to work with! Would definitely recommend Dusty and Riggs!!
Have used Riggs Towing on a couple different occasions now helping out a couple of friends and both havs been great experiences. Fast affordable and friendly. . Would highly recommend.
They hire completely unsafe drivers. They treat I-80 like a nascar track traveling at excessive speeds. Then will proceed to tailgate you if you are in their way. Took 2 phone calls to his boss before anything was done about his erratic driving.
Very quick to respond! Paid very close attention to everything around him as he was backing my vehicle into its intended spot, so as not to damage anything as he was doing it. And he got it spot on where I asked him to put it! Highly recommend!!!
Alex was awesome and very pleasant to talk with. I used to do towing during my college yrs to get me thru school. He was fast and efficient.

Riggs Towing really saved me on Tuesday 7-15 - my minivan just died in the middle of the commute home at night. I managed to drift off the 380 expressway northbound and about 2/3 the way up the exit ramp. I called AAA who contacted Riggs. They were very kind enough to send a tow even though the operator, Ryker, had been working all day long including a trip to and from Wisconsin. Cori, the dispatcher, was super pleasant and helpful and was very calming for my frayed nerves. Ryker was kind and professional and got me to the repair shop before the sun set. Hats off to Riggs Towing & Recovery. They are amazing and very helpful. I’m delighted to find such a great business to deal with. Thanks again.

I highly recommend Keegan! When my transmission failed on my one-ton truck, he came to the rescue. He efficiently loaded up my truck, hooked up my trailer, and got us to a repair shop and back home safely.
I was stuck in a pretty bad spot. Other tow companies said no due to the area being muddy, o put a post on Facebook asking for help and Alex was able to get me unstuck in just 10 mins, that's counting him hooking up and winching me out. Yes I was being dumb and didn't think it thru till it was too late but Alex was very very helpful, kind, and very good at his job. I give this company 5 stars because they came out and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Thank you Alex for helping me I really appreciate the expertise and in minimum time
