With used parts it's nearly impossible to not have an issue from time to time and they do a fantastic job ensuring quality prior to shipping so you aren't waiting for a junk part. I highly recommend them for your parts needs. Used has been better than a lot of the new stuff lately.
Ordered replacement Prius door and outside rear view mirror. Staff was great to work with, and put mirror on the door panel for us which we weren’t expecting. Super reasonable prices. Sales staff Jodi was responsive, and had door ready for us to pick up. Would highly recommend!
