Very honest people, they let me grab whatever i needed off an old car as i pleased! I messed up and Didnt bring enough cash and I was just short 10$... the owner told me not to worry and even let me leave with a couple dollars in my pocket. Definitely the type of place to build a respectful relationship with if your in need of car parts!!
We were driving through Wayland on our way to Illinois and our vehicle stopped running at a busy intersection. I didn't catch the drivers name, but they were promt and got us towed to somewhere safe.
There was an issue with payment and I was trying to work it out with my insurance the guy kept interrupting me and then got inpatient and took off. Rude and disgusting behavior from someone who's supposed to help people.
Merry Christmas! Came out on Christmas Day and got my camper out of the ditch after my entire hitch broke off my truck. Helped us get situated at a truck stop for the night. Police calls this towing company after accident. Then this towing company rips off my insurance company.
Terrible price for towing and storage. Storage fee was $150/day. My total bill was about $16500 for 40 miles of semi truck + trailer towing and storage.
Used their services twice within two weeks. Ran out of gas at 3 a.m. in the middke of the highway while on my way to deal with a family emergency. Rairden got out of bed and brought me gas and followed me to the gas station and waited to make sure I could fill my tank the rest of the way before leaving. Then a few weeks later, late at night, my car locked itself with my kids inside and he came to my rescue yet again and got my door unlocked quickly so I could get to my upset children. Very family friendly and SO kind and understanding. So thankful for this local business!
Had to go there and get a O2 sensor connector. The guy that helped me was very nice and knew what he was doing. I recommend goin here if u need parts for your vehicle.

I started the reservation process a week before the requested tow. I was led to believe all was in line to happen as planned.
The afternoon before the tow was to take place, they pulled out because the driver wouldn't allow a passenger. They also refused to allow pets in a carrier in my car.
I would rate them as a 2 because of not informing me they were backing out of the tow until last minute.
I found another AAA Tow service that was excellent!!
They've been very good with me. Got locked out of my car 3 times & was back on the road 20 minutes later. I totalled my car & they picked it up & since I didn't have time to get my belongings out.... they did it. Called me & then I picked it all up.
They are GREAT!!! While towing my car he was very careful, did not hurry me to get out what i needed, very friendly, had no problem leaving my keys in the drop box and even made sure my vehicle was locked without my request. I appreciate everything they do and recommend Rairden's to anyone!!
Really good people who treat you fairly. Open 24 hours if you need a tow. Fair prices on salvage yard parts. I've been dealing with Rairden's for 23 years and they've always done me right.
Outstanding service, and help. I was stranded on the road with my family, and had requested a tow through my insurance. Rairden's got the message, but was incorrectly informed that I only needed a jump start. We tried that, but confirmed we needed a tow. They were totally cool with the situation - they made room in their car for my family, and a lot of our stuff, and hauled us back into town, while one of them waited with the car, for the tow truck to arrive. Got us to a motel, recommended a place for repairs, and went to very friendly and kind extremes to make sure we were taken care of. My hat goes off to them, and I can't thank them enough. Great men!

Rairdens was called out to do there job. They did not endanger anyone's lives. The driver minding his own business when Kevin provoked him. Anyone that knows the Rairden's know that they are a helpful family that would not harm anyone!! This is suppose to be a peaceful protest and from the video I seen it was not peaceful. Lots of name calling and bashing of law enforcement and businesses doing theit jobs.
