Copeland Auto Body always does a great job. Never fun to have a deer hit but Copeland is the best. My vehicle looks great and they cleaned the inside too. They made the process as painless as possible.
As always, the work and service was excellent. Everyone I interacted with at Copeland's was helpful and professional. Getting hit in a parking lot was not great, but they did the insurance estimate and started work quickly. I was glad to get my car back looking as good as new!

We can't say enough about Steve and Holly and their team! Not only did they do excellent body work, but they went the extra mile to make sure my 'baby on wheels' was treated with extra care! They were accurate with their estimate and quick to get the job done. Although you never WANT to need a body shop, it's great to have a place like Copeland's to help you when you do!
Copeland Auto Body provided an immediate estimate and got my Prius C in for repairs as soon as the insurance company approved them. They great with communication and my was ready to pick up within a week. They even cleaned the inside and polished the outside. Their service was above and beyond. Seriously if I could give higher rating I sure would! Deer season 2023 started early for me this year. Copeland towed it and I had non stop communication with them the whole time my vehicle was being fixed. They took a really stressful situation and made it positive in dealing with this amazing company. Communication, work was immaculate, my vehicle is like new. Keep up the amazing work! Copeland’s repaired my car’s deer damage. My insurance company and parts delays caused the whole thing to take longer than it should have. The people at Copeland’s made a bad situation so much better by giving me consistent updates via text messaging. When they were able to get the parts, they had my car repaired and returned to me in 2 days! Great job. Great customer service. We will continue to use them in the future.
Brandon and the crew was great. I haven't ever had to get car fixed through insurance before, he walked me through the steps and kept in touch as the process went on. Would gladly refer anyone to their shops, as me, myself will continue to do business with them.

Very nice and capable staff. My van looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside which didn't get any damage from the deer. They gave me a car to drive when they decided mine wasn't safe to drive (they could have made me get my own way home). I would definitely recommend them for car repairs or anything to do with a vehicle. Thank you!
High quality work with great communication on the status and progress on your project. They restored my 1969 Mustang in 2000 and it still looks like it came out of the booth.
I had the best experience with Copeland’s. I was traveling with 5 children, 3 of them were 9 month old triplets. I hit a deer and caused significant damage and was unable to use the vehicle to get home.
Copeland’s towed my vehicle in a timely manner on a Sunday evening. They had the parts shipped and work done in less than a week for me to travel safely with my kids back home 12 hours away.
The shop was in constant communication with me so I knew what was going on and how things were progressing.

I had Copeland Auto Body work on my car to fix a dent. Nearly everyone I asked told me they were a great business to have work on my car. I was thrilled that they were able to fix it without having to buy parts. You can't even tell there'd been a dent. The work done was incredible! It is a professional business!
I dropped my truck off this morning to get fender flares installed that Copelands had just painted to match my truck.They did a great job a professional finish that matches my paint on my truck perfectly and the installation was top notch job. Employees were very pleasant and professional I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a top quality finished product.
