Hit a deer at 4:00 AM at the start of our vacation, and Koob Automotive came to get our car. They brought us to a hotel, and helped us unpack our car. Great working with them, but I do hope I never need their services again ?
I had to have my vehicle towed this past Friday. My brakes went out, so it couldn't be driven. Super nice guy came to get it and got my vehicle safely to its destination. He was able to answer all of my questions about fees and worked around my schedule. Hopefully, I won't need this service again anytime soon. But if I do, I know who to call. Thanks again.
Miserable man on the phone, complaining that he has paperwork etc to do. Says he will tow in 2 hours doesn’t turn up or call to let you know that it will not be for hours later. Wouldn’t give 1 star but have to so I can post this
It don’t cost 700 dollars to tow a wrecked vehicle less than 3miles he is a thief and feeds off people’s misfortune and local law let him get away with price gouging cause they get there cut he says he’s fair and only other person to compare him to is his crooked son there is no good with Steve Koobs who made fun of my friend for not just having 700 in her pocket as he did and law did to
A nice guy. Had a truck break outside Monticello and just needed towing five miles home. He picked it up towed home and all done within a hour for a very reasonable price. Thank you!
Koob is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers and even at times for others who are not. My family has been doing business with Koobs automotive and towing for years. It was sad to see him retire from the automotive part but glad to see he was still doing the towing.
Koob Automotive & Towing went above and beyond to help me out when my daughter and her 7 kids got stuck on the side of the road, I want to thank everyone for helping her out and getting her and her 7 kids back on the road and home safely. I can't Thank you enough
