I will never buy from here or recommend this place again! First of all, I felt pressured to buy when I wasn't one hundred percent sure or committed to buying. Next, I brought up issues that I saw with the car and they completely brushed them off, so I asked again and they said they'd ask their third party mechanic. Of course "their mechanic said it was fine." The issues were that the window was very slow to roll up and at one point didn't want to roll up at all, and the breaks seemed worn out. On top of all of that, the batteries in the key fob were dead, and the wiper blades needed replaced, so I had to do that as soon as I got home. Surprise surprise, not long after getting it home, the window got stuck down when it was freezing cold outside (I purchased it in January) and I had to get the motor replaced on one side and a different part on the other side. Around the same time this happened, the breaks went out and I had to have them replaced; a complete and total replacement. Then shortly after that, the car completely died on me and I had to get a new battery; hadn't even had it a month. Since then, I frequently have issues with the car not wanting to start, and then stalling out once I've gotten it started and drove it a few miles. On top of that, I literally gently scraped my neighbor's car because she parked way too close, and her vehicle didn't even have a scratch on it whereas my entire bumper just fell off. I'm really upset and disappointed, because this was my first car, and I paid an entire year's salary for it, and it's complete trash. I've put thousands and thousands of dollars into it just for it to not be a reliable vehicle. Do better Warehouse Auto!
No pressure atmosphere. Excellent selection of used quality vehicles. I will never shop for my vehicles at a bigbox dealer again. They work directly with green state credit union which is who I use. 2025 and still satisfied! Best used vehicle I’ve ever bought.

My husband and I are BIG fans of Warehouse Auto. We went to 2 other places before coming here and boy what a difference.
Absolutely no pressure, no pricing games like at the others in Iowa City, and it was quick. We didn't have to wait around for an hour for some salesman to get approval for every little thing. Everything was up front and he gave me top dollar for my trade without asking. At the end of our transaction when we were leaving he went out of his way to make the whole experience even better. I have bought many cards in my life time and I dread even driving in the lot.. We stopped in to see what they had and WOW GREAT service no hounding not 10000 questions they had the cars ready as we drove them paper work went fast..I would recommend this place to everyone made us feel like they weren't in it for the money .. thank you Sharon and Amy for all the help.
The experience I had buying a car from them is one that was not pressured, very laid back, friendly, and one many other dealerships need to take notes from. The fact that I wasn't asked a million questions while trying to make a decision was wonderful. Just completed my first Warehouse Auto purchase after an amazing low-mileage find in their inventory. Friendly vibe, low-pressure conversations, no surprises. I get why they have repeat customers. I'll likely be one myself.
I have purchased several vehicles over the years, new and used. I was in need of a used pickup truck. I searched on line as far as a 300-mile radius, knowing what make and model I wanted.
I found a possibility at the 300-mile limit. Then I saw an ad for Warehouse Auto in Swisher with the right make and model truck I sought. A quick trip to Swisher, a test drive, a quick negotiation, and the truck was mine. Good price, too.
The best part: We purchased a six-year warranty with the truck. Once we had need to use the warranty. Warehouse Auto interceded to help the repair mechanic and the warranty folks get together to understand and pay for the repair -- excellent service.
Recently bought a new SUV from Warehouse Auto and even though there were issues that came up, everything was handled properly and professionally. Integrity and honesty matters and that's why I will buy my next car, and my next car, from Warehouse Auto. Fantastic people to work with!

Danny is the reason we bought a Van here. We went to two other places before we happen to pass by this place. It not a large dealership. If you blink you will miss there sign. I recommend this place Because of Danny. Jeff is pretty laid back as well. If you have question about a Van, Danny is your guy. Even if you do not buy and just have questions talk to Danny. Warehouse auto is where you can buy a vehicle without the pressure of a sales person.
I have had this Van for a year now it I have put almost $5000 into it. they will sell you anything but they will not tell you want the common things are that break. This was our first van and now it is our last van. DO your research before you buy. I have replaced both door actuators when I called about it they said that is a common thing with these vans. Now I have the Transmission being replaced and it does not even have 70k miles on it.
The battery was swapped out. I bought a 2018 dodge grand caravan and had a 2013 battery in the caravan that failed about a month after purchase. The oil filter housing was changed out. It is an aftermarket oil filter housing, which it shouldn't have been changed at about 40000 miles. Aftermarket oil filter housings are know for leaking and cracking. That is why it is supposed to be from dodge. Then one of the spark plugs were cross threaded. Called to see if they have changed out the spark plugs and they stated that it should still be the manufacturers. Oh really! OK. They are very shady and unfortunately a lot of car dealerships are.
I was amazed at the response from Amy. We are from Waterloo and a bit older but if it was not so far away we would have bought from there. With having only one car we just did not think it was feasible. But I recommend people check it out because trade in value is great and prices are right on the cars on the lot. Inspected by an independent person is key too. I smile every time I see the ad on TV. A small company making a big impact. Keep up the good work!
I want to take a moment and recognize this warehouse auto for their well Respected, clean atmosphere and wonderful experience we had as we searched for a vehicle, even though we did not purchase a vehicle we were really set on we give hands down on the honesty and no pressure sales person. Especially Danny Isaac he was very knowledgeable and honest.

A big plus.. they don't purchase salvage vehicles.

Painless, straightforward, no nonsense. Felt like we got a solid used car for a fair price without any hassle or upselling. Worth the 1.5 hour drive! Will definitely be checking back when it's time for the next car purchase.
Looking for something cheap but they were still very helpful and informative. Low pressure and understanding. The way they price is strange. The list price is with recommended repairs and maintenance from third party mechanic that has not been done yet. So you can get the vehicle for less without the repairs or pay listed price for the repairs to be done before delivery or sale.
I just thought this is strange because of I was looking for a vehicle for the lower price without repairs, I wouldn’t look at a vehicle priced with the repairs and think I could get it for lots without the repairs be done.
I know it is a little confusing the way I’m saying it. I wish I could drive the vehicle being offered for the listed price. Instead I test drove a vehicle that is much less but I don’t know what it will be like when maintenance is done.
We were treated just like we should be by a very attentive and knowledgeable staff. They were patient with us and answered every question we had. If you’re looking for a personal touch from long tenured employees instead of being rushed out the door by people just looking for the next sale, than this is where you need to come to find your next car! We will definitely pass the word on to our friends and family! Thanks again… we love our Chevy Traverse!
I went to Warehouse Auto because I had heard great things about them as a company. And boy oh boy are people correct. I worked one on one with Danny. He was eager to help and not eager to push. Very respectful and had helped with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend going to get your self a new car with Danny if in the market!
This place has a really good selection of used vehicles. They are very transparent about their pricing, and trade-in valuations. The buying experience is low pressure, I never felt like I was being coerced into making a decision I was going to regret. They don't charge any DOC Fees! I've been to other dealerships that wanted hundreds of dollars just to fill out the paperwork for the sale. The sales-person never had to take my numbers to her manager to approve, or hand me off to the finance people. It was really nice only working with one person through the whole process. Overall this was the best car buying experience I've had to date. Thanks Amy!
We've bought three cars from Warehouse Auto, and those were by far the best car buying experiences we've ever had. The selection and prices are great, everyone is friendly and helpful, there's no pressure to buy, and there are no tricks to mask the true price of what you're buying. The last major dealership we dealt with did everything in their power to hide the true cost of the extended warranty they were trying to sell us, by playing with the financing terms (and not telling us) to make it seem like much less than it was. Warehouse Auto offers extended warranties, but they show you the true overall cost and then show you what it would add to your payments. They also have their vehicles inspected by a third party service shop who has no vested interest in the results of the inspection, and that inspection sheet is shown to every prospective buyer. The next time we need to replace a car, Warehouse Auto will be our first stop!
UPDATE 6/29/19 - We bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey today from Amy at Warehouse Auto. We contacted Amy with our official "wish list" for the van early Monday (and we were pretty specific). Monday night, we test drove the van and fell in love! It needed new rear tires and the driver's door needed a new paint job, due to a scratch, but Amy took care of that within the listed purchase price. Amy handled our financing directly with our credit union. We picked it up today with new paint on the door and tires replaced! We are absolutely in love with the van, and we can't tell you how pleased we are with how seamless the buying process was. We cannot recommend Warehouse Auto enough!

While we didn't buy a car today, she answered a lot of questions before we could even ask and walked us through each and every vehicle. Amazing staff. Worked with Shawn directly and when he was not available others were quick and knowledgeable of the situation. I did a lot of research before purchasing a car and they were right there to help guide me in the car I wanted. The vehicle I looked at was in great condition with low miles and had an amazing price. If you want to deal with a company, that will get you into the right vehicle, with little hassle and being honest. This is the place to get your next car. It’s not part of the big dealers list and honestly that’s why they are a hidden gem.
Appreciated the straightforward customer service. Most car dealerships have you leaving and feeling like your head is spinning but everyone at Warehouse was really honest and straightforward with us. We love our new vehicle.
I didn't end up purchasing a car from Warehouse Auto but I still wanted to provide a 5-star review. Amy was exceptionally friendly and helpful during our time on their lot and the service provided was markedly different from the myriad of other dealerships I visited this week. If I hadn't found another option that was the perfect fit for me I would have been back to get the keys from Warehouse. They really are a family friendly business and definitely warrant a look!
Best car buying experience EVER! (And I have bought 8+ vehicles personally, my husband has bought at least as many ). No high pressure, very friendly and knowledgeable, and we didn't have to go through 3 or 4 people before we could learn the price of the vehicle. The prices are in the windows, so we could browse the lot and see what we were interested in for our budget at our leisure. They have fair prices on their vehicles to start with so if you don't like to haggle over prices, this is the place to come. Loved our experience. Once we picked a vehicle, they let us inspect it to our hearts content without looking over our shoulder, gave us privacy to discuss it without listening in, then we dealt with one person...ONE! Awesome!!!

They have a lot of nice vehicles at great prices and the atmosphere is friendly with no pressure unlike other larger local dealerships where you feel like you have been literally taken hostage.
