I will always take my vehicle to Mark’s Auto Body in Solon, Iowa. They do exceptional work and go out of their way to make sure things are done right. Mark and Danielle are the nicest people to work with when you need repairs done to your vehicle!
Had my door repainted at Mark's little less the 2 years ago(Won't start on all the problems then)Paint started to bubble when I asked them if they where going to stand by it they said "no it's a old truck it's rust" This truck has less the 4000 miles since (repair) and is only used to pull my camper and is stored in heated werehouse in the winter. Mark will not contact me only Office Manager. Not the way I thought he ran his business.
My work does work with Mark's, and so I decided to take my vehicle after I had a fender bender. My vehicle looked great after, and I had no issues at all.
Fast forward about 12-18 months.
The fender had gone back to rubbing the front passenger door as it wasn't aligned properly, and there was paint peeling in places it was not supposed to. I wasn't exactly thrilled, but crap happens so I took it back. They got me scheduled quickly and she's good as new!
Turns out they had a bad hire and have been rectifying his work. I love how they were honest with me and I'll definitely use them again if I need to!
Danielle is great at keeping you in touch and making sure your concerns are addressed! They were flexible with me, they do quality work and service for a very fair price. I can't complain!
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Went in to get an estimate for damages to my Tahoe. Driver side door damaged, so it did not open. I received the estimate in a very short time, and while I was waiting a technician made the door and window operational. Exceptional customer service.
Great small town service and vibe. They will fix what needs to be fixed at a fair price and do it right. They will not try to drive up the price and service like the large National companies tend to do. Shop local!
Danielle at Marks Auto Body was super helpful and friendly in getting my car scheduled for repair. Not only that but they did a wonderful job on the paint & body work & even had my car done ahead of schedule. Would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable body shop!
I was in an accident a few days before thanksgiving, Marks Auto got me in right away and had my car fixed within 2 weeks. They did and amazing job and they even cleaned my whole car out and vacuumed it! I definitely recommend these guys for all your body shop needs!
Excellent service all the way around. I stopped by and got a quote for a repair that was ready to go to the insurance company within minutes. They are a preferred shop with State Farm. The woman who does the phones and office work does a great job and will call you back if you have to leave a message. They hooked me up with a free loaner car which I really appreciated. If you don't want to deal with Iowa City nonsense consider the short drive up to Solon.
Absolutely amazing service! The staff goes above and beyond to help me every time I go in :-) I saved a lot of money and would definitely recommend Mark’s to anyone looking for a new auto body shop!
Haven't gotten our car back yet, which we knew we wouldn't have it yet, but scheduling and drop off were easy and pleasant, they even sent me off with a loaner car to use until our car is finished. we know Mark's does great work so I know we will be pleased with the results, reasonably priced
