the jeep renagade i bought just broke down on me 5 months in i regret buying it so bad dont buy from here yeah a very nice jeep that breaks down all the dam time for 25 g i expect it to be reliable and this jeep has caused a burden i should have gone w my instincts and not buy it dont mean to be negative but its my truth this jeep sucks and now i have a loan to pay for a useless vehicle and this review is the only thing i can do

Hands down the best dealer to work with. I bought a Nissan rogue from Krueger about two months back and working with this dealership is so easy. They will answer any questions you have, give you the best deal, and make you feel like they actually care about what you want rather than just how much money they will make like a big dealership. Update: I bought another truck from Krueger Auto this weekend! I’ve bought many trucks in my life and I’ll again say that working with the Krueger family is easily the most comfortable and confident I’ve felt buying vehicles. It isn’t stressful, it is very transparent, and they’re so accommodating to my concerns and willing to alleviate anything I’m unsure about! They always have quality vehicles and honestly their prices are consistently more competitive than any other dealerships I see. Long story short, phenomenal people, phenomenal family values and such a down to earth environment when making what would normally be a daunting decision!
I bought a truck from Krueger Auto four years ago before it was totaled in an accident last week. I texted Todd from the ditch telling him I would need a new truck. It went 911, Wife, Todd in that order. He has trustworthy vehicles and a very trustworthy sales process. The dealership is family run and the customer service year after year was impeccable. I just purchased a Nissan Kicks from these kinds folks. I was so impressed there was no pressure, phone calls nagging to buy from them. They were so great to work with. Bought a car that the frame was severely rusted. I hardly drive because I’m sick. Had a mechanic fix a tire and he told me the frame was bad and I needed to get a new car. Krueger didn’t care when I called them.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and met with Todd about a truck I saw there. After test driving I was ready to buy. He gave me a fair price on my old truck, and between him and the lady that did all the paperwork (forgot her name), they made it quick, easy and painless. They have a lot of nice vehicles there and I never felt pressured or got that “car salesman” vibe from them.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. Didn’t beat around the bush and waste our time like other dealerships did. Had my car for 3 months unfortunately it has something wrong. I called and was assured it was still under warranty. Definitely coming back for my next car.
I found the kind of vehicle I wanted from a 'big dealer'. Pretty high pressure and lots of 'extra' charges. Went with my gut and didn't buy. Found the vehicle online at Krueger Auto (exact color combination & model I wanted) . . . but 4 hours away. Emailed and talked with Todd over the course of about a week. He sent more pix of his car and I sent pix of mine. We made a tentative deal and I made the 4 hour drive on a Saturday. Everything was EXACTLY how he said it would be and the car is beautiful - almost looks like new but it's 3 years old. Didn't sit in his office for hours trying to get it all figured out. I walked in, he greeted me by name, test drove his car while he looked at mine, came back, signed papers and was on my way in about a half an hour. And, by the way, I saved thousands . . . Had an AWESOME experience. They helped with purchasing a vehicle. They're not super pushy. Very accommodating. I would recommend them to everyone. Will never, ever purchase a vehicle from anywhere else other than Krueger Auto.
Best place in the area to buy a car, hands down. The people are extremely nice and helpful, and will do their best to see you get the vehicle you want at a very fair price. No pushy salesmen, no shady gimmicks, just an all around great car buying experience. I will only buy cars from here from now on, and i recommend everyone i know to do the same.
