Chris from Campus towing was very nice and professional today when I needed an AAA call for a battery problem on my car. He arrived quickly, did the testing and started my car. Downside, I need a new battery, but at least it wasn't something else that was more expensive. Big Fan of Campus Towing and Chris!

Was requested here through AAA the operator at this company was trying to inform me that I couldn’t get my car towed for the same breakdown it wasn’t the same breakdown I informed her you all are not AAA I had already spoke with them then asked for pictures just to still refuse the request stop wasting peoples time thank you
I was so impressed with the Tow truck operator, Ruben. He was very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way helping me understand the process and Communication was excellent.

The dispatcher was busy but she didn't let it interfere with helping me and she had a very sweet disposition.

Shaq was the one to help me. He was amazingly kind! And super amazing to have around during a time of need. All other companies would not come out to the 380 swisher exit at 1030pm but they did! Shaw did not disappoint!
Once they actually showed up, they were fast and great. The problem is the speed. I find it horribly unprofessional to accept a 24/7 service contract and just peace off part way through the day leaving the customers waiting on service in the wind with no message.
Driver showed up with a very bad attitude. He was rude and terse from the moment he arrived. He proceeded to question why I needed a tow and complained about my steep driveway. I tried to be helpful and soften the situation with small talk. He proceeded to start an argument with me. I offered that we start over and he got more aggressive. He walked back to my car grabbed the keys and threw them at me, then stormed off and left. I received no apology or any type of gracious offer. I'd give a zero but one star is the only option. All that said previous experiences with this company were easy...no drama.
I was recommended this company by my mechanic. Told me it may be a few hour wait but they were there in about 45 minutes!! The guy suggested we tried to jump start it since it would save me money if he didn’t have to tow it. He jumped it and it started right away! I was able to drive my car to the mechanic without needing towed. Very appreciative for the suggestion to save me money. Thanks!
How refreshing to find a company that cares and is over the top friendly!! My college daughter got a flat tire and booked roadside through our insurance. The company they booked canceled after she waited for two hours. I found Campus Towing and they were there in less then 1/2 hour! CJ replaced the tire and was so very kind! What a great company! Locking my keys inside my pickup on a very windy afternoon was not pleasant but I commend Campus Towing on their fast a courteous response to my situation. They had me unlocked and back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Thank you very much.
This was my first time having to call a tow truck company and I couldn't be more pleased with their service! Tom was very helpful and nice on the phone both times I had called and Chris, who was sent out with the tow truck, was very nice and careful when it came to loading my car on the flatbed of the truck. Trying to tow a vehicle out of the Costco parking garage on a Saturday morning isn't ideal but Chris was a great sport during the whole thing. Highly recommend!
My daughter and I were over two hours away from home. We had just been present while the father of her son was pronounced deceased. I called them originally for air as we had a flat tire leaving the hospital. Roy arrived and explained the tire was shot it was Saturday evening. Roy called local tire shops to see what he could do. We were stuck. He then called the owner and they towed our vehicle back to their closed shop after hours. Sold us a brand new tire and quickly got us back on the road so we could make it home in time for work the next day. 2 days later we had to make a trip back to the hospital. We leave the parking garage. Same brand new tire was flat. I called and talked to the mechanic shop. We stopped at jiffy lube who aired our tire for us at no cost so we could get to the main shop. They got us right in and examined the tire and our rim at no cost. There was no explanation as to why the tire went flat...but amazing service for sure!!!
I was in the middle of moving in Iowa winter and setup a time to have my summer car transported to my new place. Aside from being nearly 20 minutes late the experience was very good. They were also $30 less expensive than any other place we contacted. Would have been 5 stars but was late for pickup and we made the appointment 3 days earlier and verified day of.
Superb service. Chris kept me up to date on time of arrival. Tyler did a superb job getting me a new battery and filling air in my car's tires. The care of clients is number one in their book.Would use again and will highly recommend.

My car died early this morning and I called Campus Towing to check their rates. They were very helpful and had someone to me in no time at all. The operator, whose name I forgot but think it was Justin or Alex was friendly and professional, sent out a wonderful technician named Chris. Chris helped get my battery situated and even installed a new battery for me right away. He didn't pressure me to buy anything and he was super helpful. I hardly ever write reviews, but felt like the honesty and professionalism exerted by this company warranted a good review. Thanks again!

Not only did they come 40 miles outside of town to pick up my car but every single person I spoke to on the phone or in person was kind, helpful and so easy to work with. From Shawn who answered my call late at night, to the receptionist and the driver who was kind enough to pull the plates off my totaled car. 100% class act and i would recommend them to anyone who asks. Excellent service by Harold. I called for a jump start. They sent a text with updates on the arrival time. He showed up within 10 minutes and started the car right away. All the paperwork was computerized and very professional. I owned a towing company for 20+ years, so I can appreciate how organized and businesslike the service was which Harold provided.
Battery died, called AAA & they sent Campus. Gave us a 40 minute estimated time of arrival and they were there in 30 minutes. It took 5 minutes to jump start my car and I was on my way. Couldn’t have been better, quicker or nicer. What a nice change. Thank you and Campus will be my first choice when I need help on the road.
I was so grateful for Campus Towing today when my car wouldn't start. Robert was the driver/technician who came to my home when my car wouldn't start. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He advised me on what to expect when my car was delivered to the service station and was quickly able to get my vehicle out of my garage and onto the truck bed. Robert was excellent to work with! Campus Towing is professional, timely, and the employees are so personable!
Car wouldn't start, and not long after placing a tow request, Campus towing contacted me and sent Alex to help. It turns out my car had a unique security issue that Alex was able to fix! I was home less than an hour after placing my tow request. Also, fantastic customer service! Alex did a wonderful job and definitely made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely contact Campus Towing next time I need help.
Justin arrived quickly (at 10pm on a weekday) to tow us out of an intersection. Even though it was a pain, he was very friendly and had our car on his truck within a few minutes. He got us to our house and even placed the car perfectly into the garage! I would recommend these guys to anyone!
Excellent service! I was given an estimate of 45 minutes and Campus Towing was here in 10. Harold tested my battery and provided a readout of measurements. Took time to explain what was wrong and right with my battery. He was careful with my property and was so pleasant to deal with! I would definitely recommend Campus Towing!
Unfortunately, I have had occasion to use campus towing twice in the last couple of years. Each time I have received prompt, professional, friendly service. Most recently, Harold jump started our car in about three minutes, giving great advice without being the slightest bit condescending. (I can't say that about our local dealership). I -highly-recommend them.
Justin came out to do a battery check on my car. He arrived 10+ minutes early and was completely friendly and helpful. He checked my battery, showed me it needed to be replaced, and got EVERYTHING done in less than 15 minutes. Easily the best service I could have asked for.
It was a cold day and my battery got too cold to start my car. I called AAA, and they got me hooked up with Campus Towing to give me a jump. Harold came out within about 15 minutes and got my car started, no problem. Phone dispatcher was courteous and professional, and Harold the guy with the truck and tools was also top notch.

Harold did a great job bringing my car back to life today. He jumped my old car and gave me some additional pointers that ended up working out well. He was also a pleasure to work with - both professional and personable. The service was very fast and didn't cost me anything since I have AAA. (Didn't occur to me to tip at the time, unfortunately, but he deserves the boost.)
