We noticed our car mileage was a lot lower after we had our car serviced. Come to find out they put cheap spark plugs in. They said they would put what should of been put the first place for free and only charge us for the spark plugs. They were going to charge us $49 for the plugs that you can buy at Auto Zone for $14.99. They seemed like nice people but we will not be back.
I was traveling on I80 when my under car pan dropped. They was busy, BUT took time to remove this so I could continue towards home. BIG HIGH FIVE to this place. Thanks
Started out the process fine and Devon was very kind and helpful. But once insurance got involved it went down hill, rather than using the insurance’s estimate they used their own, ordering parts different from insurance’s covered ones causing me to pay more than I was supposed to. Told me and insurance two different stories. Lack of communication and didn’t tell me when my car was finished. And an air bubble in one of my tires was missed during inspection. Very nice people but poor service when dealing with insurance and customer communication.
I had my oil changed there today, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I was able to schedule online (so easy!) and the service was quick and efficient.
If you need an oil change, I highly recommend checking them out. Great people, great customer service. I will be back!
I was 800 miles from home when my Tundra conked out. I found myself needing auto repair near Des Moines. These guys not only gave me a ride to a hotel, they delivered my truck to me the next morning.
AND the repair was cheaper than what I would have paid at home. I offered to pay them something for the expedited repair, and they absolutely refused.
They were the kindest people I’ve ever encountered in my travels. If I could drive my truck the 850 miles back here every time it needed service, I would :-)

Excellent service!! Walked in to see about an oil change. They had my car pulled in and started within 10 minutes. Will be back next weekend for tires. Great prices too. Employee Steve is the best!!! ;)
They were honest and repaired our truck quickly they responded right away towed our truck and fixed within a day! Great service! Would recommend to anyone needing repair or service!
