Our fleet vehicle got mired in slimy, sticky mud down to the axles 500 feet from the end of the gravel on a rainy evening. Called Marks towing early the next morning. Quick response with the exact right equipment. Had the vehicle on the road within 45 minutes. Pleasant, competent, and in the end muddy people to work with.
Seriously these people came and got us out in snow drifts over the hood of our truck. Thank you so much Tony or Troy or whatever your name was I’m sorry I wasn’t paying attention to that. But the company had many other calls in far away places like Omaha and cb and still came and took care of us. I’m beyond pleased with the service. The blizzard of 2-5-25 was no joke on mounds trail. ❤️❤️
My son and i and my 2 dogs and 2 cats We were stranded at the iowa visitor center, towing our trailer home to Michigan . we got stuck overnight in the cold . Marks towing rescued us and we're sooo helpful . The dispatcher and the driver were our angles , and got us back on the road quickly . The driver was amazing and sooooo helpful and kind . We had a very unique situation and they were up to the task . We would've never got back on the road home without them .I had called several companies and were met with no help or kindness to our situation .
On a Sunday morning, after our school bus had been towed and stored, a gentleman came to let us retrieve the bus. It was his day off. Not only did he drive to another town to get the keys, but he helped start the engine and check the bus' fluids! Thank you so much!!!
Our car broke down on the side of the highway. Mark's towing was recommended to us and Mark showed up in less than 15 minutes! He not only towed our car to a local shop (who was very good too), but dropped us off at a hotel! Great service. Reasonable price! Thank you Mark!

My vehicle situation was very dire and unexpected. An Angel chose the perfect person and Tow company without my intervention. The case could not have been worse. 3 busted tires on an SUV, snow/ice and a long way from home, and alone, it was night, and the owner, Mark answered the call to him or his company, I do not know who, and to me, it had to have been an A come to my rescue. It was night. The outcome of Mr.Marks workmanship helped this girl survive safe and sound in an inhospitable situation and I command him to the soon to be 'SCOUTS MEN OF HONOR AND DUTY' for his call"s response to my Needs.

My smart self locked the keys in the car. Called locksmith and wad told I'd get a call in ten minutes, 45 minutes later I called back was told oh we don't service the area.
So I did another search and found Mark's towing. Called had them on site within 15 minutes car open super fast. Great service and super friendly. We need more small business to have the same atmosphere.

My vehicle was stolen and marks towing recovered it after it was totaled. This man refuses to let me get my belongings from the vehicle unless I pay him over 6000 dollars. He's rude. Told me he's crushing the vehicle. Looks like I have to take him to court. Judge Judy here we come. He doesn't even deserve 1 star. He's horrible!!! Go somewhere else people!

Was broke down by Missouri Valley and he wanted to charge me $475 to get my vehicle back to Sioux city! Towing company from Sioux City came down and got us for $175...some people are more worried about $$$ then helping a guy out!!! I understand a guy needs to make money for his/her services but not screw someone cause they are in a bind!!!
