These people are the best! My emergencies are taken care of right away. I've been a customer for over 30 years. Their customer service and all employees are the best and I can't thank them enough for always taking care of my car needs.
They had my vehicle a week for blown fuel pump fuse,cost 650 dollars, they made my alternator and battery dead and took out my power Steering fluid and said I needed a, new racket pinion, so don't waste your time or money. Unless you like throwing away your money.

Worst place ever! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES OR ANYTHING ELSE! You will be OVER CHARGED! Over $500 for a thermostat housing to be fixed is RIDICULOUS! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!
Worst experience Ive ever had. They had my vehicle for 3 days to replace thermostat housing. Charged me for a new thermostat even though I had already purchased one elsewhere. All in total over $527, I have never paid that in my life for something as simple as that fix. And of course not expecting it to cost that much I had asked the guy on the phone prior if I could pay half now and half Friday and he told me I could as long as I was willing to sign a paper saying I'd be in Friday to pay it. I agreed. Then I get there and he tells me he won't give me my van back unless I have all the money up front. Don't recommend this place to anyone period. I'll never go there again and I hope you don't get scammed either. Id give them 0 stars if I could.
Do not go here to get your vehicle repaired. My car has gone in 3 times for a squeak. Got it back once and still had the squeak. They said they "couldn't hear anything" it's obvious that it had a squeak but they charged me 510 dollars and didn't even fix what it went in for. Had a problem with my daughter’s car driving thru town last week. Was after hours so came in next morning to ask them to look at.
They weren’t able to get to it that day but did the following day. Very communicative. Were honest in their assessment of what they could do, what they couldn’t do, and what repairs they would make if they were in my shoes.
Randy & Troy couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful for us being from out of town and a one-off time to do work for us.
If I need anything car-wise and I’m near West Union then I’ll seek them out. Very happy I accidentally went to their shop. They even stored my trailer I was pulling inside during the nights the car was there.
Picking my daughter up from university and needed her tires changed over. Took me in an hour and half early. My daughter loss the tire key again ugh!! No problem for these super friendly folks, everything was done in under an hour. We'll definitely be back in the spring for another tire change over.
They know what they’re doing and are always willing to help. They explain things well and don’t overcharge or lie about the issues. Very honest and hardworking people. Highly recommend
Tire fixed. Never in my life have I pd what they charge. To take nail out come just to Casey's to put air in my tire. $62 really. Never having tire get done there again. Never pd more then $15. Yes that has been in the last few months I pd somewhere else
