They are prompt and fair priced. But after being pulled from my deer guard to get unstuck and disc brakes on the trailer broke loose, ending up tweaking my deer guard. It wasn't salvagable, and I couldn't open my semi hood till that deer guard was taken off. Ended up having to order a new deer guard.?♀️
I didn’t like how I got treated we asked if he could give my car a jump he said it would be $150 for a jump then he made me pay $151 to tow my car a 2 minutes away from where it stopped shaking my head this man he was rude and didn’t have to be given a person a hard time when they are already having one is not right and that’s all I got to say
These folks are truly top shelf, they came out to nebraska to tow me back to iowa and I was very happy with the service from beginning to end of trip 565 miles one way.

We could not be happier with this company who helped us out of a very stressful situation when our camper van broke down. The dispatcher was so kind and patient and the tow truck driver very friendly and helpful.
We got stuck in the mud with our 40ft RV as we were leaving a campground. We had to call a professional for assistance. Levi showed up quickly, he calmly assessed the situation and explained his plan. He then was extremely patient as we asked him to pull the RV a few inches at a time as we digged to relieve the pressure on the body of the RV. We were able to avoid costly damages and were charged a very fair price.

Our experience with Tegeler Towing was much better than expected, it was outstanding!
When our truck broke down in Peosta, IA, (01:15AM) given the weather conditions, -15, extreme sub zero wind chills, and several inches of snow on the ground we called multiple towing companies that were unavailable to assist us in towing our truck off the road. The Peosta police officer recommended we call Tegeler's Towing and within 45 mins they had our driver hooked and off the road. The overall experience with Tegeler from the initial call, through towing and pricing was excellent.

We had a tire blowout on our motorhome today in Davenport Iowa! We called 10 different tow places, nobody would help as soon as they heard motorhome they referred us to someone else. We then called Tegeler. They connected us to a manager named Shannon. He came out on the freeway looked at our motorhome, said he could tow it. He had us call Eastern Iowa tire to see if they had a tire, they did. Shannon had his tow crew Dean and another guy there to tow us within 20 minutes. It was a scary situation blowing a tire, then so frustrating calling place after place and nobody would help us. Shannon and his team went above and beyond!! Thank you so much for helping us get back on the road.
The driver of this truck was in Greensboro, NC on June 16th at 3:30 PM operating his truck in a very dangerous and reckless manner.
They appear to have illegal tint so I couldn't tell if it was a male or female but they know who was driving.
This driver was doing at least 80 MPH while tailgating and bullying multiple passenger vehicles in the passing lane. These vehicles had others in front of them and were being forced up too close to the rear of the cars in front of them.
If this business cares AT ALL they will pull these videos and fire the driver before they hurt someone, or worse. This driving was unacceptable. This is why trucks should be governed so that at the very least deadly drivers like this would not be able to go 80 mph. Having said that, with the tint, the speed, and the manner of driving I doubt they would be responsible enough to have cameras or will make sure the footage is unavailable.
I have made a report to the FMCSA and I hope it is taken seriously. I have dash cam footage as well. The company themselves blocked me immediately from their fb page after I made them aware of the issue.
Needed towed to a shop. Brett responded quickly, was friendly, and highly skilled. Amazed at his ability to back my truck and 53' trailer into a parking spot while attached to his truck (with zero pull-ups).

After accidently putting my vehicle in a ditch, I contacted Tegler. They were quick to respond. The driver Colin was very respectful and professional. He removed my vehicle in a timely manner and was very attentive to not damage my car which was in a difficult spot being it was a deep ditch. I was back on the road in no time. Penske truck broke down in frigid temperatures in Cedar Rapids, IA. After navigating the Penske roadside process, Andrew showed up and towed me all the way back to the Milwaukee area. Didn’t matter what time of day or anything. Quick, professional, and very competent. Would not hesitate to call again.
We were traveling through town and my truck with camper died on me at a gas station. And it was Sunday. Taz was the driver that showed up about 30 minutes after I called. He did an excellent job and was really friendly and helpful. He ended up having to tow us to the Ford dealer and he even had a Ford employee friend of his on the phone letting him know we were going to be there in the morning. Couldn't have asked for a better job. The Ford people were great, too.

A buddy of mine was in a very bad car accident last week and the car was towed to Tegeler in Dyersville. He was in no shape to do anything as he was in bad shape in the hospital, so I have been helping him out. Somebody needed a wheelchair out of the car and I spoke to Jake who was more than accommodating to make sure we were able to get it. It is understandable that the rest couldn't be released without the bill being paid, but they were very kind and professional, and made sure we got the wheelchair without any hassle. Thank you guys so much for the great service.
