The service here is significantly better than AutoZone or Advanced Auto, which I’ve visited before. One of the employees, Austin, was incredibly helpful. He took our non-working headlight in the front and replaced it for us. It was freezing outside, but he knew exactly what to do. He was very informative and helpful. To top it off, he did it for free! Where else do you go to get an auto repair done? And where do you go to a mechanic? They would’ve charged an arm and a leg just to put a broken headlight back on. We also got a two year warranty, which is great also.

Great reliable service and knowledgeable. I always get my motorcycle batteries from them without issues except one time. The new battery was bad and switched it with a replacement at no charge.
By far the greatest of all customer service providers.......was in s really bad situation and they absolutely went above and beyond to help resolve the problem........I will always go to them even if I had to drive 30 miles outta my way to get parts for anything I need
I was in a bind, when a wheel bearing/ hub on my boat trailer was obliterated and O'Reilly's had an exact fit replacement loaded hub assembly for a very reasonable price. I was back on the water in less than a couple hours. Thank you Team O'Reilly!
Stopped to have a check engine light read with their diagnostic equipment and I felt much safer driving home after they explained exactly what the code meant. I have an anxiety disorder and I'm terrified of being stranded on the road alone. Thanks for helping me to understand the problem and relax enough to make it home safely. I went in there yesterday , dealt with a couple guys , Frank and Isac...Best people I've ever seen in a parts store !! Frank is the best person I've ever met when it comes to people in parts stores , most people just sell you what they hope works.?.NOT FRANK. He is the real deal. Go check em out.? The salesmen guys at the Dodge dealership in spirit lake could really learn some lessons from Frank on professionalism. YOU ROCK FRANK !!!!!
I wish I could say this is a great place. Unfortunately, the person helping me sold me the wrong bulbs, even when I showed him my drivers manual with the right number. One mistake is completely okay- it happens- but then they wouldn’t help out my mechanic when he called. Thank god I saved my receipt and could prove I’d left 15 mins ago (not the 45 mins they claimed) and had the picture of my owners manual (when they said I gave them the wrong number). All in all, customer service should be everything and today their service fell flat.
This weekend was my family and I's first trip up to Okoboji. Crappy weather was a big damper on the trip and we were more than ready to be home on Sunday. That is, until my car started smoking about 4 min. after we pulled out. We were so grateful to find an O'Reilly's close by that was open, as many other shops were closed. We were working on my car for hours in their parking lot and eventually made it home safe & sound that night. It truly would have been a disaster if it hadn't been for Tom and Shelley at this O'Reilly's. They went above and beyond to help us and were checking up on us constantly. And they happened to have a water pump for my car in stock, which was so relieving. Truly the sweetest, most helpful people we came across over the weekend and we can't thank them enough. They saved us a ton of money and time that day and made a bad situation not as terrible as it could have been. Thank you so much Tom and Shelley! My car is running better than ever and we are so grateful for your kindness.
