I took a chance to see if they’d be able to replace my left rear bumper section on my 2024 Ford F250 Super Duty.
The front desk personnel were friendly and professional. Due to the nature of the repair we agreed on this being a T&M (time and materials) job.
As a former Ford Dealership mechanic in California for 15 years, I walked out back to see the shop. The floors and lifts were clean, tools were picked up which gave me confidence I’d receive a quality job.
I had an appointment set for the 24th December at 8:00 am. The shops work load was lite therefore I was allowed to wait.
In about three hours the job was completed. The mechanic did a wonderful job, very professional, the entire bumper was level, the air gaps were even on both sides plus the back up sensor worked correctly.
Thank you for repairing my truck to the original condition, it’s just as beautiful as before my accident.

Im in Ohio and I purchased a vehicle in Manchester over the internet. I called Georgen and they quickly did a full vehicle inspection with a detailed report to assure me it was ready to make a 9 hour trip. Super friendly and professional.
Georgen Auto is a class act they did an excellent job on the brake replacement. They show care for the auto and the customer. Having just moved to Manchester Iowa in December 2024, was looking for a place to service my vehicle. This will always be my service provider for my auto needs.
I was having shuddering, delayed shifting issues with a Ford Escape. I expected a major repair of the transmission and/or torque converter. John recommended a transmission flush and fresh fluid. The problems disappeared. I got a loaner while the work was performed. I recommend them.
They were AMAZING! My son and I were traveling home when our check engine light came on flashing. They got us in right away no questions asked, and got us back on the road right away so we could get home safely! Highly recommend! Their customer service was also incredible which is a win by itself!! Thank you so so so much!!!

Took my minivan in as a gentleman at Fareway Grocery just told me my right rear brakelight wasn't working. Georgen Auto did the repair immediately without me asking for immediate work. They also put air in three tires and put a quart of oil in my engine. Awesome service, very friendly, and yet professional. Georgen’s Auto does an amazing job on my vehicle. Appreciate that they go above and beyond looking over my vehicle. I would like to know the status of my vehicle, if my vehicle will be done closer to the end of the day if I have an oil change at 8am. If Georgen is going to keep it longer, please keep me posted, so I can plan.

They provide comprehensive used vehicle inspections so you can make an informed & knowledgeable decision (we've used multiple times before purchasing new-to-us vehicles), complementary visual inspections with every oil change, provide detailed quotes of parts vs labor and invoices itemizing every charge so there is full transparency, offer a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty (whichever occurs first); but most importantly, have the best technicians (personally & professionally) and staff in general. Our family has been customers (and buyers) for over 10+ years!
My car had some warning lights come on and they worked me right in. I have a peculiar allergy to the rubber so being in the show room/service area is difficult for me but they worked with me to not put me at risk and still give me excellent work. I'm pleased with them. If you are looking for a shop to give your business to this is the one you want.
I worked with John to have Georgen Auto assess a vehicle from a local car dealership that my daughter was interested in purchasing. They inspected the vehicle and relayed the results to me over the phone and in a report texted to me. I feel that they did a thorough job with the car. I was treated kindly and professionally by John. Though I would have preferred to use our own mechanic in Dubuque (it just wasn't possible because of the distance), I believe I received a trustworthy assessment of the vehicle. Fast, friendly service. They performed an inspection on my car while replacing my single tire and only offered the oil change for which my car is due. They are also dog friendly! There's a dog who lives there, but I didn't get to meet it. My service dog was given the attention he craved and treats. Setting up the appointment was easy. The receptionist was very respectful and worked quickly to get me in for an appointment with the correct equipment ASAP, especially after hearing my situation.
I was on my way to Manchester from Cedar Rapids early this morning when my tire sensor light came on. I swung into Georgen because I know how much my dad likes them and how well they treat him. I asked if they could possibly check my tire pressure and they took my car in immediately. A short time later, I was on my way with no charge! I appreciate so much their understanding and care despite my disruption in their workday. My experience with Georgen was outstanding. Amazing service from wonderful people!
