First every time I come in here I leave feeling like the employee thinks im stupid. Second its a shame this is another store that just wants to squeeze all the money they can out of their customers. I even heard an employee tell the customer ahead of me "the only reason he opens the door is to squeeze every penny out of ya." Just disappointing
Bobby is always very kind and helpful. The Other Guys are too. Dave's very Fun, Friendly, and Helpful. I always go to the Perry, Iowa Store for products and info on what to do for My Car. Thanks Y'all.
My husband and I would like to give a huge shoutout to the guys at O'Reilly here in Perry. Many of us were unpleasantly surprised with battery issues due to the extreme cold this last weekend, and our VW is never a simple fix when it comes to "easy" issues like needing a new battery.
They provided fantastic customer service and went above and beyond to help us figure out a way to not only find a replacement battery but a way to get the replacement battery installed without screwing up the computer in the VW. We really appreciate the willingness to help, the grace to not to push us into a decision, and the knowledge and experience to get the best item for the situation. Thank you guys!
After multiple times going in Trent is typically the only person I see working in the store, his service is 5 stars but since hes the only one I see actually do his job in the afternoon its 2 stars as a whole for the store, employees need to take less breaks or something
Came here to change our sons brakes on his car. Decided to wait and purchase them there in Perry. Called day before and was told they would have them for us that next morning. We drove 2 hours and when we got there they didn’t have them. We were in a time crunch to get them done. Waited over two hours and called them back and still didn’t have them. They finally sent someone from the store to get them which was over another hour. They were not apologetic at all and joked around about how long it was taking. Never offered a discount for wasting our time. Next time will go to NAPA auto if we need something.
Good help and willingness to look for the item you need. I worked with a gentleman over the phone for a tough to find boat motor part and he was very helpful and willing to look and was not trying to push it off or hurry up and say, "nope,sorry we don't carry it"
It was raining, of course, and my wiper blades were falling apart. I was on crutches from an accident so I called O’REILLY AUTO PARTS to see if they would come out in the rain and help me without my coming into the store and Terry came out in the rain and put the blades on for me and took my card inside the store for me. He did all the leg work and I appreciated all he did. Thank you O’REILLY AUTO PARTS for hiring good employees and Terry for being such a good employee.
young kid in there was so unhelpful he was ready to give up trying to find out my battery type because of a plastic cover. followed by not wanting to change the battery stating “i’ll go see if one of the other guys want to do it” . ending with a “we don’t have your battery” even though i called ahead to confirm. as useful as a sack of potatoes.
Lazy none helpfu, called and ask if product in stock they say yes drive 40 miles just to be told they don't have it. Management should fire the lazy people that can't get off there phoned long enough to do there job
