This company is a JOKE. I understand the negative temps over the last couple days but the professionalism of both the dispatcher and owner is appalling and how money hungry these people are is disgusting!
Now to give more perspective... as of 930am on Friday 01/23 a call was made to get a tech to come out and fix the truck (which keep in mind, the truck was across the street) because due to best efforts the truck gelled up. Was given a 3 hour ETA which was fine. 3 hours later no tech, another call to the company and dispatch stated another 30 minutes to an hour. Waited... no tech. Called again and was informed another tech was coming out and should be there in 30 minutes to an hour. Waited... again nothing. Called again and was informed that the owner made the call that every truck had to be towed to the yard and no techs were going out and new ETA given was an hour for the wrecker which they are charging $350 to go across the street... Waited AGAIN and still Noone... by the time a wrecker showed up it was almost 2.5 hours
after the original ETA given. And if it could not be any worse the wrecker driver that was sent was WITHOUT proper equipment to get the job done. It took almost 2 hours to get the truck towed to across the street. By the time the truck got there the mechanic had barely done anything when he was informed by the owner to get out of the building. Conversation that was exchanged was that he had been working 36 hours straight with a child in the hospital. Like COME ON!!! so 930pm rolls around and still no truck fixed and was brought up to a hotel for the night. Come morning time this company just kept lying and lying about the truck being done or the wrecker coming to pick up and bring back to the truck. By this time the broker for the load has called the company and was given a new ETA of no longer than 2.5-3 hours till completion. Would you believe me if I said it wasn't even started until the 3 hour ETA and to make matters worse someone had come to the establishment and turned the heat down to where the truck wasn't even thawed out a smidge (which was the intent after turning the heat up). By the time the truck was fixed the company wanted to charge a 2 hour minimum at $200 an hour (which was never told in the first place) and then the owner had the nerve to state "given how long the truck sat in my shop i believe its only fair" which isnt given that the truck would have been done last night if the mechanic wasnt told to get out of the building. All the owner wanted to offer was $50 off each hour of labor charged which is better than nothing BUT a simple fix should not have taken 30 hours. Dispatcher made this whole processs a joke and honestly I HOPE this company gets black balled. The way this company conducted themselves in every aspect is sickening. Will never recommend! EVER!
After waiting 2.5 hours for my insurance company to help with a tow off the side of the highway, we called Diversified Towing and they were out to help almost immediately. Ryan was professional, helpful, positive and absolutely saved the day. His competence and kindness saved the day. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of during a very stressful time. Give this man a raise!
RJ and Rob maneuvered a steep, ice covered hill to get me out of a bad spot. I was convinced that they were going to tell me it was too slippery but they brought out the right rigs to get me out and did it safely in a timely fashion. I felt the pricing was very fair for the job they had and they were very cautious of the limited spots they could hook onto without damaging my car. I hope to never need them again, but will be the first I call if I do!

I had super DISAPPOINTING experience with this towing company. Very Misleading pricing and POOR Customer Service!!! After the service was completed, I was charged extra fees that I never agreed to and was not informed about upfront. On top of that, without knowing their task completely, they moved our empty truck/ trailer to 1 mile away truck stop. Our truck was already on the road and got drifted away due to black ice, they charged us $3700 for just an hour long job. Attaching photos for your reference.
Overall, the communication was poor, the pricing felt misleading, and I left feeling taken advantage of. I WOULD NOT recommend this company based on my experience. The lady on the phone was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and THREATENED us to bound our truck and also mentioned charging us extra if we will call them back again.
I broke down on the interstate in the middle of a construction zone. Thankfully, Justin from this company came by and got me to safety quickly and professionally. The driver was courteous, efficient, and made a stressful situation a lot easier. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend this company!
Stranded on I80 with my fifth wheel when I had pick-up problems they came out took me to get DEF just in case that was the issue. Then took my camper to the nearby KOA and help me settle in for the night. Mobile mechanic looking good at the truck for us today. Returned the pickup to us at the KOA Sunday night about 10pm we had constant contact updates through the day, we were informed that they were responding to a car motorcycle accident so the delivery would be delayed. Drivers were very nice and professional at all times.
Had a pretty major breakdown this weekend on I80 on Saturday night. The event, in itself was scary, but sitting by the side of the road is terrifying. The moment the tow truck arrived, we felt significantly safer. From there, they tried to get us back on the road asap, but our car was just too damaged from the event. Throughout , there was clear communication and kind help. We learned that Iowa Nice is a thing and it means a lot when you are a bit stranded.
Sue at dispatch and Colin the driver were absolutely amazing! Triple A messed up my request. And after waiting for almost 5 hours, when we got a hold of diversified they immediately sent someone out to come and help! Thank you guys so much!
Excellent service. The flatbed truck operator was professional, courteous, and efficient. He took great care to secure my motorcycle with absolutely no damage or marks! What surprised me the most was the condition of the cab when I rode in it. Almost "new car clean" !
Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the guy putting the tire on was nice and I should've asked before hand what labor was. Charge me $474 to have a used tire put on. That in the picture shows $150 on it twice, but i was charged 200. I also drove my semi to their shop and they charged me $274 just to mount and dismount. Hate to see what they charge to come to you lol.
After getting a tow, Diversified reached out to me to let me know they had found my driver's license in their truck cab. They went ahead and mailed it back to me. I really appreciate it! Great service!
These guys are awesome. They went above and beyond to take care of my sons truck along I-80. It was the middle of the night and the driver waited at their shop over 2 hours for me to get there to pick up our little dog. The owner, Jesse, was very nice and when we came back the next day the price was way lower than I thought it would be. Most definitely recommend them. Thanks again guys!!
I just got off work at midnight and was trying to get home before the storm. The days rain turned the ground to soup and I got stuck. I called this tow company in hopes of getting pulled from the mud, a 15 minute job. They sent a tow truck too large to get down the alleyway that my car was stuck just off of. The tow truck left me stranded as the storm came in.The next day I called and they eventually sent a smaller truck and got me pulled out of the mud, taking less 15 minutes. I got the bill and it was twice the quoted price, and was just under $300. Either I was charged for the first non tow or they jacked up their rates due to the storm. Either way, it is a terrible business practice.
We called them to winch out a semi truck, our driver was going uphill and was stuck in snow. They came out in just 45 minutes and resolved our problem. We'll use them again if any other issue appears. Recommended.
My vehicle was just picked up by Dario to take it to my mechanic. Dario was very professional and secured my vehicle quickly and securely. I would highly recommend this company for your towing needs.
Worst company ever. Do not recommend find another tow company. They price guoge like crazy. My trailer broke down less than a few miles from their company and they charged me $4000 just to tow it to their yard. That didn't include fixing or anything. They also put a $424 dollar tire and rim on the invoice becuase the one on my trailer was bent, i had a spare tire but they still decided to charge me for it. I tried to reason with Greg but he didn't want to hear any of it. No respect and no human deceny. They use your unfortunate situation to their advantage and they don't care if you have money or not. Companies like this should not exist. I would highly advise you to stay clear from this company. They will overcharge the crap out of you.
By far the best towing company I have ever dealt with. Very transparent with pricing and process during the job. Many towing companies will just do whatever they can to just complete the job with no regard for damages to equipment and run up the clock to charge more but For an extremely difficult job, Jesse, the owner, was patient and made sure there he got our driver back on the road safely with little to no damages to our equipment while charging an extremely reasonable price.
