Had a vehicle towed from Pleasantville to Waukee. They loaded the vehicle quickly, caused zero damage when dragging it onto the truck (my vehicle is lowered), it was secured very well. I rode with the driver back to waukee and he was a very safe and conscientious driver. Unloaded the vehicle for me in my driveway perfectly, and again quickly. I can not recommend Dan's Towing and Service any higher, they did a great job. They treated my hunk of junk like a million bucks, like it was their own vehicle, can't ask for much better than that! Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Dan's Towing & Service. On Saturday at 6:30 PM, my hybrid car broke down west of Dallas Center. My roadside assistance informed me they couldn't arrange a tow until Monday. I then contacted Dan's Towing & Service, and Dan promptly came to my aid. Although he doesn't typically work on hybrids, he had encountered the specific issue before. He towed my car to his shop, where we diagnosed a blown fuse, a problem also indicated by online resources. This morning, I was able to purchase the replacement part from the dealership. It was originally quoted at $55, but I only paid $10 as it was a recalled part. My car is now fully operational. I am incredibly pleased with Dan's excellent service and knowledge. He truly went above and beyond.

The team did a great job diagnosing the problem (dead battery) and fixed the problem within an hour. I would highly recommend them.

It was the coldest day of the year, and my car broke down on the interstate near Desoto. Dan's towing responded to the call as quickly as I have ever seen. Josh hooked up quickly and towed my vehicle to D & G garage. It was flawless! But the most unexpected thing was Josh's call later to ensure i was ok and if I needed anything. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Dan was awesome!!! I blew a tire on I80 and no one would come help tow it on the weekend except for Dan. Very kind and professional and got my van to the auto shop quickly. Thank you again Dan for your willingness to help me out.

I needed a tow with short notice. He happened to be able to swing by on his way back from another pick-up. His rig can handle 2 vehicles. He had the car in my driveway about 1.5 hours (I think) of when I first called him. You might not get things done this fast, but it worked out great for me. Price was reasonable, and he is a really kind person!

Prompt and friendly service! I needed a tow after a breakdown. The car was towed the same day and fixed a couple days later. Nice people!

WAY too high of prices for a tow that was here in town ? 0 mechanic skills aswell, acted like he had no idea what an exaughst filter was or how to change out a fuel pump that he lied about even looking at. Don't waste your money.

Thank God for this guy! Do not do business through his competitor greenslade. I have AAA and greenslade left me stranded for 4 hours and then made excuses and lied saying they didn't actually drive past my vehicle and they blamed everything on AAA.

Needed to get 4 wheel drive working on an older vehicle we bought. We knew Dan could do it cheaper than the dealer but was pleasantly surprised that it was under $100 vs. the $800 I was expecting. Dan and Mark have always fixed our cars as if we were family- good work at reasonable prices.

Hit a dang deer on my way home from date night with my 6 year old. Dan was quick to respond and handled my truck with care and got us home after a long day with a tired little girl in short order. Great customer service.

Answered the phone right away! And was on site very fast. Great service and pulled my vehicle out with out a problem. Reasonable rates. I will call again.

The tow was fine, the mechanical skills were horrible to say the least. My husband fell asleep at the wheel on the interstate traveling from Des Moines back to Omaha after working a 12 hour shift 6 days in a row. He didn't hit anything and was not hurt thank God, just drove off the road in some tall weeds. It bent my rear wheel, folding the bottom of the wheel under the car somewhat. The sherrif came by, asked if he was ok and offered to call a wrecker...he called Dan's towing. The tow was fine, my husband paid him the $115 he charged and waited till I could come pick him up. After hemming and hawing trying to decide how to get the car back to Omaha, we called Dan's back. Dan offered to repair the car for $500.00 ( after telling me somebody has already stolen the sterio out if it ) We went ahead and accepted the bid because we were between a rock and a hard place at the time, as our Jeep was in a repair shop in Omaha getting the heater and fan fixed prior to the accident. It took a month to be repaired, he told us it would take several weeks, we were ok with that cause we didn't really have the money right then anyway. The day we finally went to pick the car up, Dan was out on a tow, there were two younger males in the garage working on a vehicle (I'd say they were 20-25 years old ), they called Dan and let him know we were there, he came right away. My husband jumped in the car, test drove it, said it drives fine, paid him and we left town, wanting to get back to Omaha before dark. The next few days, I got in the car to take it to get it washed, I noticed several things wrong...the back seat was not installed on one end, it was just sitting there, the hood latch was busted off, only a wire to pull to open the hood, the rear seat belt covers had been removed and missing, the plastic that covers all the wiring under the steering column was gone (missing)...Anyway, it's very clear to me that someone used my car as a parts source for another Ford Taurus...even the parts he said he would replace, were used...We still haven't decided if we're going to seek legal counsel over this yet!!! JUST BE LEARY OF THIS GUY AND HIS MECHANICS (THEY'LL GET YOUR STERIO AND SOO MUCH MORE)

My drivers were involved in an accident East bound on I-80 in De Soto, IA. Dan was very prompt and professional during the ordeal. Highly recommend his service.

Excellent & FAST service. Discovered that my car had a flat this morning. Fortunately, I have another car I could use today. Dan removed the tire, took it back to the shop, fixed it, and brought it back and reinstalled it - all within 1 1/2 hours. Awesome.
