Locked my keys in the car on purpose and then when I went to use my Ford pass app to open the vehicle it would not unlock. We had a vehicle that had a flat tire and needed towed... or so we thought. Zach called and let me know when he would be arriving. He also called about 15 minutes out, which was appreicated, as we are a business. Zach showed up and helped fix our flat tire instead. He was extremely professional and courteous. I really feel like he wanted to help us and we weren't just a job to get paid for. We will absolutely refer this company to everyone we talk to.
Terrific assistance with getting my vehicle back up and running after getting a flat tire had taken my vehicle down a notch. He took me through it each process he was doing to my van to show Me where my spare tire was that I didn't know I had. Great attitude and great service!!

Joseph was the driver that came and towed my car the blew a piston and he arrived super fast and got my car loaded up and ready to go in no time, he was friendly and great at his job. When he arrived to my house to drop it off it was flawless. Over all the service was great, fast, fairly priced and friendly and will definitely call them when I need help again
The two guys that came and helped me, were very helpful and knew exactly what was wrong with my car. They had fixed the issue temporarily. They also gave me advice on what part to get to fix the problem. Amazing service!
The owners and drivers are so helpful. No only did they tow my vehicle but the just opened a auto service and offered to fix my vehicle. Great service.
The only solution you can give is to get new owners or shut down. I think stealing my daughter's car while on meth and then being arrested after being chased by the police with our car on the back is more than "negative", don't ya think?? Kinda funny you wait 4 years to make a comment about my 1 ⭐ review. The sad part is he's still driving for your company. My review will remain a 1, until Google allows a zero!thanks for trying to rectify the situation tho 4 years later! Contacted 715 for a tow and was told it would be 2 1/2 hours. 10am no call no show, I called them and the guy on the phone says he will check and then never called back. It’s about noon now and still stuck.
They were there so fast and helped me pull my car out with zero damage! Joseph was so amazing and it all happened just because the street was dark and they really saved me! Thank you again
Huge shout out to Joseph for saving the day. A friend and I got a flat on our way home Thanksgiving night. Joseph had been at work since 430 am but still gave it all he could to get my spare tire changed. Alas, it wouldn't come loose. So we had to have it towed back to Sterling from Fulton. We had a good time chatting with him on the ride back. Would fully recommend Gateway! He gave 110% and both of us really appreciate him and the service we received.
Had to wait for an hour for him to show up but he was a great guy to deal with, respectful, and apologetic for being a little late. He even possibly figured out what could be wrong with my car. Deffinatly recommend gateway towing!
They were very fast and the driver was the most polite driver I have ever had their charges are very low compared to what I am used to my car had gotten a tire stuck due to poor turning and they had gotten it out and unstuck without any damage so amazing I will definitely be keeping their contact in my phone
Joseph was awesome! He called me on the phone, was funny which made the stressful situation easier, and kept me updated with pictures of my vehicle when he picked it up and dropped it off. Even made me a funny video with “we are the champions” somg dubbed on it at the dropoff location. Great customer experience!!! Would highly recommend!

Just randomly got assigned this company for roadside assistance today - but would not hesitate to use them again. Amazing service! Joseph was fast and friendly, and started in communication with me the whole time. Got me back up and running in no time and when made sure that my car stayed running.
Joe was the best!!! He drove all the way to Dubuque to come get my stranded car!! I would have been lost without him. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about cars. I hope I never have to use a rowing service again, but if I do...im calling them
Called looking to get pulled out of a snow bank at 1:30 pm. Told he was in Albany with a truck on his flatbed that he had to drop at his yard and he'd be here. 3:30 and no show yet so I called and he told me that he was busy towing for Clinton P.D. which is fine, I understand that they take priority but a phone call would have been nice so I could try to find someone else. Now I can't find anyone till tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up Gateway!
My friend recently needed his car towed for repairs! We Googled and found Tyler from Gateway Towing! He arrived quickly and was very professional! In no time, his car was on it's way to the dealership for repairs! I highly recommend them for all your towing needs!!!!!!!
I would never ever recommend this company to anyone needing anything. To be honest I'd give less than one star if I could. They had two tow truck drivers stop on the side of the road in their off time to help which was appreciated. Then from there they proceeded to stay with these two women for the next 3 hours offering rides home... which was two hours away... making them feel super uncomfortable. They kept trying to get numbers and trying to give the women their numbers and social media profiles. Finally when the original tow truck that was called to get them got there that guy wedged himself between gateways tow truck drivers and the two women because he could tell how uncomfortable they were with the two drivers from gateway. It was super unprofessional of the gateway employees and I hope that this will be taken care of but when contacting the company to complain about these two individuals it really didnt seem like he cared at all. He never said anything until the end when he said that we will look into it. Honestly seemed like he didnt care at all. Hope this helps out anyone looking for a tow truck company cause I'd never use these people for anything!
Amazing people to deal with, when your stressed out and pist off , very professional and all my vehicles have a card in the dash all my family knows to call him if something goes wrong. Made my kids save his number on their phones. It's great to trust a business again.
Awesome people! My husband's motorcycle broke down on Sunday morning, about 10 miles away from home. (Hwy 67S & County Rd E50) I called 5 places, since we're new to the area, and Mike was the only one able to help, and the last one I had to call. He showed up super quickly and was able to help my husband get his bike home. We know it's his job, but his kindness and support on a Sunday was a huge help! Highly recommend!!
Update- 10/25/18-- My husband locked his keys in the work truck and called roadside assistance. Gateway was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes, and they arrived in about 10. Awesome service, again!
Hit a deer late on a Sunday night near Albany on a back road. Figured I was hosed but they came quicker than expected, took my truck to my body shop of choice, and got me home for a very reasonable price. What a great surprise!
On a Saturday afternoon, I got stuck in the mud at Rock Creek park in a camping spot near the water. The Park Officer informed me that the area would be under water by morning as the river was rising.
Mike came and got me pulled out in a timely fashion. When I went to get reimbursed by State Farm, additional paperwork was necessary. Mike got on that ASAP. I'm very impressed with the fast, friendly service and follow-up. Thank you Mike!
