I had a coolant leak at the Pilot right near the shop. Luckily one of Diversified’s mechanics was already there. Once he finished up his job he came over and got soaked with coolant. He fixed my problem quickly and tried to leave without taking any of my money. I paid him all the cash I had because it was worth that to me. I will use them in the future and I highly recommend anybody to use them. Very nice people
Called shortly after 1am for some roadside service. Answered phone right away. Single digit temps, tow truck came in much quicker time than expected. Very friendly, very efficient in getting tractor trailer hooked up and towed into town. 10/10 recommend Diversity Towing for your needs in the Osceola and surrounding areas.
Talking with the gentlemen they also do their fair share of mechanic work on heavy duty diesel engines. Give em a call.
Unfortunately woke up to a dead semi truck. I had waited 90 minutes for another company claiming they'd be there in 30 to 45 minutes. Maybe I misunderstood and they meant hours. I called diversified, knowing I woke someone....in 30 minutes their tow truck driver Mr. Hill was able to get me going. Big thanks to Paul, the tow driver who rescued me when my gas gauge decided to lie. He showed up fast, knew exactly what he was doing, and had me back on the road in no time. Absolute lifesaver. We was in a pickle due to a belt snapping while on I-35 SB. Was able to get off and park in the Lakeside parking lot. Called AAA and they hooked us up with Bobbie and Diversified Towing. There was three of us, including my 90yr father who uses a walker. She assured me that we would not need to find alternative transportation home, as they would give us a ride in the tow truck. Now. The tow truck was large and completely too big to get my father in. This is where going above and beyond comes into play- The driver called dispatch (Bobbie) to let her know we couldn't get him up into the truck. She said no worries, and promptly showed up with her vehicle to drive us back to Des Moines. So not only did they tow our car, they drove us in a separate vehicle, at not extra cost.!!!! How super kind is that. I offered her $$ for the ride and she absolutely refused to accept it. I will say this- if I was to ever break down again, I can ONLY HOPE it is somewhere within their district. Absolutely Fantastic customer service.!!!!!!! Five Stars is as High as it can go, although I would give them higher if it was an option. You turned a, not so good, situation into a very pleasant exsperience. We thank you.
If I could give 10 stars I would! My son was driving back to college in Lawrence, Kansas after a big snowstorm on a Sunday night. He was on I35 near Osceola, when his car died in traffic. He couldn't get it to start or move as it was getting dark and he was stuck in the lane of traffic. We had him call the Highway Patrol while I tried to find a 24 hour towing service. The dispatcher immediately responded in finding the closest driver to him and got him sent to help before doing anything else. She assured me the driver, Paul, was one of the best and would be there to help. Paul, luckily, was close by and saw him stranded as he got the call. They got him out of traffic, loaded up, and towed back to Des Moines without incident. She was so quick and efficient in assessing the situation and getting the needed help on the way, I couldn't be more thankful! I am so glad I called this company and got service above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend them. They turned a stressful situation with 2 panicking parents into a much easier night with a lot less worry.
BEWARE! If forced to use this location to drop-off a U-Haul rental, don't use the key-drop option, get a physical receipt from a person.
The Osceola location processed fraudulent charges to our credit card after drop-off of our U-Haul rental.
We dropped off the rental a day early where instructed at 6:47 PM on 9/10/2025 and we have date and time stamped video proof taken with our cell phones. The due date was 1:40 PM on 9/11/2025. This location claimed we returned the rental at Noon on 9/12/2025 and charged us for an extra day.
Furthermore, due to the way they documented this in our contract, it caused U-Haul to provide inaccurate data to our credit card company when we disputed the charge. It has taken multiple attempts with both phone and email to have this charge reversed by U-Haul and while we have received an email stating we will be refunded the charge, as of 11/8/2025 we still have not received that refund.
Fantastic service. Car broke down on the job outside Osceola. Towed me in and had their mechanic diagnose the problem. Knowledgeable guy, gave me the option to replace the whole alternator (ordered the part on the spot) or order the smaller parts myself and bring them in. I chose the latter to save money. They barely charged for labor and had me out the day after the parts came in. Very good people.
I was stranded at 2:30 AM near Des Moines, 170 miles from home, and Paul Hill from Diversified Towing came to the rescue. He towed me all the way back to Kansas City and turned a stressful night into a smooth experience. Paul is professional, friendly, and reliable — highly recommend!
We had a driver get in a bind in Iowa and he called this towing company to help him get unstuck from a ditch. To our surprise, this company fleeced us and charged more than $6000 to pull him out! In all our years in the trucking industry, the most we ever paid before was $1000! Be aware of this company, they will take advantage of those who are vulnerable.
From recovery with a trailer disconnect to movement to their shop was a breeze. Both recovery techs knew their stuff inside and out with a friendly atmosphere to boot! They transported my truck and I to their shop then performed a starter replacement on a DD15 faster than I've ever seen! The payment process was simple and seamless, but get this: They had me repaired and rolling out the gate in just over THREE HOURS! The men operating this outfit are the shining example of what a one stop shop is all about. Their friendly puppies walking around asking for pets allowed a laid back and comfortable atmosphere from start to finish. I'd recommend this crew to ANYONE in need of heavy recovery and repair. We are extremely happy with diversified towing! My boyfriend hit a deer on the interstate last night and totaled the car. He was stranded and Paul came and took care of the car and gave him a ride to the towing lot. This happened late at night and we are very thankful for Paul’s help and how nice he was! We appreciate all that he did!
Hands down the best towing & assistance from the call to the tow. Dispatcher very nice and patient, the driver was outstanding in his work but personal touch to help us get back on the road. Osceola should be proud that this company is a representation of this town. On a scale from one to ten I would rank them a 18.

I was leaving DHL with a new trailer and my trailer tandems got stuck all the way forward. We called diversified towing and recovery. They got out here really quickly. Paul put some blocks under the wheels and broke it lose. Glad the trailer brake are working properly. Definitely recommended these guys if you have any issues in the Osceola area.
Diversified towed my truck in without my knowledge it is my truck I bought and paid for it my ex was supposed to put it back in my name in 2016. SO NOW- therefore I cannot get it OUT! I cannot get my belongings out of it without paying the bill.. They'll let me pay the bill and get my belongings- BUT- they will not let me get MY TRUCK! ALSO-they won't EVEN provide me with a copy of bill, n towing services rendered!! The last pictures I have of MY DADDY are in that vehicle! Oh alot more items as well. BUT- I HAVE NOTHING LEFT OF MY DAD'S CUZ MY EX HUSBAND BUD STOLE IT ALL!
We found ourselves with an unfortunate need for a tow truck on Christmas Eve. Jason came to our rescue and was such a welcome site. He was extremely friendly and happy for it being a Holiday. I would definitely recommend their service. They were quick. They were great at communicating and very, very professional. For Christmas Eve it was a great experience.
Wheel bearing on our truck went out at 3am, wife called these amazing people at diversifoed towing, brought us to there shops, brought us to parts store so I could purchase a new wheel hub assembly and even installed it for us, and being on Sunday morning. 20 out of 10 for me. Highly recommend!
We were at the side of the highway with a flat on our trailer and didn’t know exactly where we were. William, responded quickly and had great communication. I was able to share my location. Lifesavers! They picked us up in the middle of the night, dropped us at a hotel, and left our car at the shop. We would be tossing and turning in our hot car on the side of the road without them. We 100% recommend their fast and kind service!
